this drama is raw but also doesn't give much. I mean okay it's called incomplete life so fine i guess. It's very slice of life so of course there's not going to be anything out of the ordinary. I unfortunately didn't find myself rooting much for the characters. I mean i did pity for si wan but that was limited to the present moment of watching the show rather it being something i think of in between episodes. The reality of misogyny in workplace and the fact that it never gets resolved is pretty authentic. We also saw glimpses in family life. It suprisingly took me very long to finish compared to other shows i have watched. I don't think it's because its 'heavy' i just think i wasn't really attached to anything happening but at the same time wanted to complete it since it's been on my watchlist for a very long time and it was very accessible since it's on netflix. If it wasn't on netflix i would have lost interest before i hit double digit episodes. All in all, this isn't a show i would think about again but pretty good for when it was made.
During crisis, there is no time for romantic romance. This is better than random romance scenes in between serious…
? Firstly, crisis is widely used to accelerate romance. There can easily be 'romantic romance' if the writers wanted to. Secondly, not asking for lovely dovey scenes, romantic gestures, declarations. All i'm saying is that there was never a 'spark' between them. They lacked romantic chemistry. They bounced off each other well platonically and had a good dynamic, supporting each other but the atmosphere surrounding them remained very buddy-buddy. No one was asking for cliche romance scenes and such scenes wouldn't even help this couple as it would come off inorganic and awkward purely because they lack a romantic chemistry with each other and this is on the actors, not the script.
lots of comments saying they had great chemistry but i think they're way more suited to be close friends than in a relationship... There was no romantic chemistry between them, more like brother and sister
so excited!!!!! the manga's ending was a bit rushed and honestly i prefer this adaptation way more than the manga. Different games and also having characters that originally didn't participate in the game in the manga do so in the adaptation. Kinda hope we see Hayato in this? I liked his 1 chapter (lmao) in the manga.
both fl were amazing, really nice and short story. It talks about serious issues but it had a childish atmosphere, feels like anyone can watch it. Not huge fan of who she ended up with but that's life.
it was such a hard watch i dropped it twice and pushed myself through the last few episodes because i had to know like what is this 8.7 rating about.
SPOILER ----- - - - - The first killer or the serial killer was so obvious especially if you had ever watched The Usual Suspects. Then after i really wasn't invested in anything that was happening. There was nothing surprising or gripping tbh. The corruption plot line is just so boring and obvious that it's crazy how 8 episodes was spent on it. I really don't get the hype. 5.5/10 for me.
this was so bad that i cant believe it was immediately renewed for season 3... i swear netflix always cancels good shows then extends the terrible ones. Idk who is blackmailing them.
i haven't watch many reality shows (under double digits) and especially korean so idk if their games are this creative but some of these im thinking damn... the game maker is so intelligent
I can't get my head around the first game, and It's not enjoyable at all to see people I don't really know play…
the first game was the worst, i tried to watch this show 3 times and kept dropping it but now that i finished it finally, i realised you don't really need to follow it that much, it gets sooo much better on !!! the games too definitely worth continuing
Wow i throughly enjoyed this!!!!! properly one of the best things ive watched these past few weeks. Everything has been falling flat but this was great. There is of course multiple unanswered questions but still really good. Loved the FL. 8/10 for me.
