I'm not sure if the recent news is completely accurate, but if it is then I'm definitely disappointed.

It really is upsetting because she had so much potential - this was her breakout role. This drama opened up so many opportunities for her and allowed her to gain new fans along the way ... all for it to be lost because of her character. Like I said, at this point it's not clear what exactly happened, but as for now it's not looking good for her.

Pity the character she played in this drama was her real character - a manipulative, controlling person.

It's impossible to please everyone's taste, you never know give it a try.
You really don't have to keep mentioning the dramas you didn't like, at this point everyone who read the comments know lol. Just the first part is fine, you wouldn't like it if someone kept bringing up how much they dislike this drama, which you love so much, would you?

Why the rating is going down? For me every next episode is better than the last one.
Yeah, for you. Some people might not have liked it and hence the ratings are average since there is a mix of both sides.

Hm, I find it interesting how she's potrayed as the strong female lead, but is in need of saving every episode. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing bad about that and doesn't make her weak. It's just, I don't feel the need for LY to swoop in and save her all the time - she's supposedly smart right? I hope the writers take advantage of that more than they already have and let her save herself.

Also, is she an expert in supernatural stuff?

So ... I have this theory where by the end of the show, the character roles will change: Lee Rang and Lee Yeon…
It isn't likely to happen because we all know the two main leads have to get together in the end.
However, I love this theory - it fits the story and honestly it would probably be a better ending. I'm not sure if it's the actors, or just the script, but the moment they have any sort of romantic interaction I have to skip it. It's far to cringy and not enjoyable, I prefer watching LR & YR interact.

That's mainly because it had the actors and their hype at first, but as the actual drama played out many realized…
Hm, there are a few reasons.
They might have signed a contract which they aren't able to pull out from. Or it could be they simply like the plot and don't see a problem with it.

7.8? I didn't expect it! It was 8.5
That's mainly because it had the actors and their hype at first, but as the actual drama played out many realized it wasn't that great and hence the ratings dropped.

Currently watching TOTNT and looking through the comments, I'd like to say something ♡

Not everyone will find this show their cup of tea and that's perfectly fine. There will definitely be that small group of people that can't accept criticism and would be passive aggressive about it (speaking from personal experience as well as while looking through the comments) but please don't feel afraid to voice out your opinion because that's what a comment section is for!

Isn’t it about a nine tailed creature? What kdrama have you watched that has that story? Not hating just curious.
It's just the first two episodes, don't compare an entire drama with an ongoing one. Although I have to agree on the cliche part - then again I'm okay with that lol

This drama is good...but is it great? IDK....right now I'm like *meh* Its alright. I wouldn't say there's anything…
I agree with flower of evil - I'm currently watching it and it's fantastic! As for IOTNBO ... well, quite mediocre honestly. I like how they made the plot somewhat original (let's be honest here, there were a lot of cliche tropes in the 2nd half) but I think it could have been better with just 12 episodes. So far, this drama is making me feel interested, but that's how IOTNBO did so I'm hesitant if it'll live up to my expectations.

I've heard quite a lot of praises about this drama. Just finished watching and here are my honest opinions on IOTNBO.
1. The plot itself is mediocre at best. The cast, the soundtracks, the cinematography - all these are what made the drama more appealing.
2. What I did like was OSJ and his amazing potrayal of Sang Tae, honestly that was the best part of the drama.
3. The second half of the drama tends to be draggy (especially the last few episodes) and that did make finishing the show harder.
In short it was a pleasant watch, but I do think it's overhyped by a lot.

Review Love O2O
For some reason I'm a fan of this show yet I can't help but laugh and agree with you on some points. This drama had no relationship complications at all which made it quite boring after a few episodes and the kissing scenes failed with the heroine not reacting at all and lack of facial expressions. However I feel that the male lead isn't 'full of himself' as you call it but more straightforward in what he wants; also the whole point of him saying "She's a very small part of your life, while I'm your everything. From now on, you're not allowed to shed tears for anyone else." is supposed to make it seem like he loves her a lot and sexy (?) but it may have come out wrong I suppose.
