I don't know about that. I think there was some controversy there in HL but it wasn't as heated there. Interesting…
my point exactly. this show had a lot of potential but casting liu haocun was the first grave mistake.

This drama could’ve reached the pinnacle like Hidden Love, Wifty did; only if they had casted the fl a bit more properly

Yes, they could replace the FL with a tree and we probably wouldn't notice.

whenever wang anyu shows up on the screen I start smiling ear to ear but liu haocun's inability to simply act and show emotions ruins it 😞

Everything was perfect. Down to the last minute detail. That ending especially has me sobbing.

Just finished it right now. The last scene where Sang Yan asks her what book she's reading, the beautiful instrumental in the background made me realise this is the last time I'll be seeing them. This whole journey was so beautiful. I'm crying buckets.

Guys I can’t believe this is it!!!!! I am a senior at school and I’ve got this really important exam tomorrow so I haven’t watched the last 4 episodes yet but I’m so happy that they got their much coveted happy ending. This was one of the best dramas I’ve ever watched, and with no one in my immediate friend group to talk about this show, MDL was the only little active community I had. Logging in here and posting my thoughts after each episodes, godd I’m going to miss that feeling so much. My sangfan heart is too weak for this 😭
