That question got me wondering too. Was it the FL's fever dream from when she was sick or was it the ML's coma dream from his accident? Did their souls/united consciousness meet up in the ether, or was it just a bucket load of drama ✨MAGIC✨? We'll have to leave it to our imaginations I suppose.
