I really wanted to give this a 10, but the FL’s mannerisms and acting — that level of exaggerated, almost…
I'm in my late 20's and I'm not behaving like that when I was exactly 20yo TT TT. Why FL is behaving like that???!! That is behavior of 7 yo tiktokers TT TT
Just finished the drama and I’m giving it a 7.5/10 — honestly mostly because of He Yu and the Thailand shooting locations (I've lived in BKK - lol - so I was extra excited every time a scene popped up there ).
Not even trying to be biased, but I genuinely feel like He Yu carried the whole plot on his shoulders TT TT. His performance had me staying till the end. Meanwhile the FL’s character… omg I’m sorry but she was so frustrating at times I wanted to scream at my screen 😭
This show s quietly unhinged in the best way possible — the kind of comedy that doesn’t scream for laughs but somehow leaves you wheezing anyway.
What makes the series so hilarious is how effortless it feels. The humor isn’t forced, the timing is razor-sharp, and the situations are absurd in a way that feels painfully familiar. You laugh, then pause, then laugh harder because… oh wow, that’s actually true. It’s the kind of comedy that sneaks up on you.
The cast deserves real credit here. Every character feels precisely calibrated — no wasted reactions, no overacting, just perfectly controlled chaos. Their chemistry is natural, almost conversational, which makes the punchlines land even harder. It feels less like “acting comedy” and more like watching people accidentally be funny by existing.
And honestly, hats off to the screenwriter and director — both are absolute geniuses. The writing understands human awkwardness at a microscopic level, while the direction knows exactly when to pull back and let silence do the work. That restraint is what elevates the humor from loud to lethal.
No wonder it’s going viral in Thailand right now!!
HIS. VISUALS. ARE. NO. JOKEEE Like PLEASEEEE somebody arrest him because how can one human look THAT GOOD?? Every time he appears on screen my brain just goes: “oh. oh we’re DOING THIS??”
And his ACTING??? HELLOOO?? The boy was in a GDH movie before even stepping into this series. That is NOT beginner energy — that is “my future is bright and your fave could never” energy
AND DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON HIS VOICE. THE WAY his tone low-key gives Jeff Satur vibes??? That smoothness… that warmth… that technique sneaking in here and there… I’m sitting here like: “IS THIS A NEW GEN TALENT ALERT???”
Honestly I REALLY REALLY hope he gets more success from now on. Like full-on main character career arc. More roles. More OSTs. More screen time. More EVERYTHING. The world needs to SEE HIM. The world DESERVES HIM. And he deserves all the love and spotlight coming his way
He’s truly a hidden gem that’s starting to shine. AND I AM HERE FOR THE RISE. FRONT ROW SEAT. BANNER READY. CHEERING LIKE A DELULU FANGIRL WITH ZERO REGRETS
I like it so MUCH!!! The LANGUAGE is @$%&%@@!!! --- like who wrote those lines??? And the KHUN THEE CHARACTER?? PLEASE!!! I was wheezing. ***WHEEZING***
And Pond Naravit?? HE deserves an award just for keeping a straight face while delivering those ABSOLUTELY unhinged, delulu, why-am-I-hearing-this-with-my-own-ears lines. LIKE— SIR, HOW DID YOU NOT LAUGH?? I would’ve folded in two seconds. He said those ridiculous lines with full chest, full commitment, full actor-core energy. LOL LOL LOL I can’t!!!
I swear this show is a fever dream and I am loving every second of it!!!!
Sadly, I agree LOL. I've watched their fan service & interviews, the basketball, the behind the scenes...I want…
Yesss omg SAME 😭😭😭
Like I really tried to feel something—watched all the fan service, the interviews, the behind-the-scenes cuteness, and yeah, they’re clearly good friends, and that’s totally fine! But for BL?? We need chemistry, not just comfy vibes 😅
When they look at each other… it’s literally just 👀. No tension, no spark, no lingering gaze with hidden feelings—just bros being bros 😂 And don’t get me started on the NC scenes… I was READY for fireworks, but instead I got... “uhh okay??” vibes. Kinda stiff, kinda awkward, kinda meh 🥲
They're older, they’ve done this before, so I was hoping for more depth or something. But yeah... friends are great, just not the kind I tune in for in a BL 😩
After watching the last part you are saying bad acting?
If we’re talking about the acting… yeah, sadly, it’s a bit of a letdown 😬.
I totally get it—not everyone’s gonna give an Oscar-worthy performance, and that’s okay! But with these two male leads, it just felt like they didn’t "click" with the characters they’re supposed to be. Like, I wanted to feel something, but it just wasn’t landing 😩.
Im cryinh at how people keep insisting the company forced these 2 to be together when they repeated many times…
Let’s focus on the series and the on-screen chemistry—not the basketball, Gawin's house or anything outside the story.
I’ve watched hundreds of dramas (no exaggeration 😅), and honestly… the chemistry between the two male leads just isn’t there 🥲. Was it the casting? The script? The directing? Maybe a bit of everything. But something just feels off, and it’s hard to get fully invested when the connection doesn’t spark like it should.
If this kind of drama works for the Thai market, then great—by all means, go for it. But for me? It’s just not clicking.
I’m on episode 4 and I’m struggling. Tong is too much of a grown man to be acting and pouting like a child.…
Honestly, since episode 1, I’ve felt like Tong character was totally miscast. I keep waiting to connect with him, but it’s just not clicking. It’s giving wrong vibe, wrong energy, wrong everything. Like… I see what they were going for, but it’s just not landing for me 😭. Sorry.
Not even trying to be biased, but I genuinely feel like He Yu carried the whole plot on his shoulders TT TT. His performance had me staying till the end. Meanwhile the FL’s character… omg I’m sorry but she was so frustrating at times I wanted to scream at my screen 😭

FRONT ROW SEAT.
BANNER READY.
CHEERING LIKE A DELULU FANGIRL WITH ZERO REGRETS
I LITERALLY CANNOT WITH THIS SHOW 😭😭😭
IT HAD THE POTENTIAL TO REWRITE THE HISTORY BOOKS…
TO MAKE ME FAIL MY RESPONSIBILITIES…
TO TURN ME INTO A FULL-TIME PROFESSIONAL FANGIRL (UNPAID)!!!
THE CREATORS? LEGENDARY.
THE CAST? BEAUTIFUL. TALENTED. DEFINED MY TYPE.
EVERY EP COULD’VE BEEN A MASTERPIECE.
BUT THEN THEY DID KHEM SO DIRTY LIKE—
HELLOOOOOO????
WHY IS HIS CHARACTER WRITTEN SO EFFEMINATE LIKE THATTT TT TT 😭😭
NOTHING AGAINST EFEMINATE MEN, BUT BABE…
THAT IS NOT THE ENERGY THE TRAILER SOLD ME 😭
AND HERE I AM, AT 3 A.M
STARING AT THE CEILING,
REWRITING THE ENTIRE SCRIPT IN MY HEAD LIKE I’M A GHOSTWRITER HUH
I’M ABOUT TO MESSAGE THE WRITERS IN MY DREAMS LIKE:
“HI SWEETHEART, CAN WE TALK ABOUT KHEM’S CHARACTER ARC?”
AND THEN WAKE UP LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED.
THE WAY I’M STILL OBSESSED.
THE WAY I’M STILL STREAMING.
THE WAY THIS SHOW OWNS MY SOUL.
BECAUSE FANGIRLING?
IT’S A LIFESTYLE.
IT’S A PERSONALITY TRAIT.
IT’S A CHRONIC CONDITION I’M NOT GETTING TREATED FOR 😭
It was so good!!!! TT TT
