The actor who plays Xia Jingshi look small espescially in the last part of the story. The proportion between his head and his shoulders is quite noticeable, his head looks large. The costume team should have given him an outfit that balances out the disproportion of his large head.

I felt the same way as you when I watched Doona. It was a drama I had been looking forward to because the trailer looked so promising. But after watching it, the story turned out to be incredibly mediocre. It felt like I was watching a web drama from channels like Playlist, KookTV, or other web series that aired on VLive back in 2019–2020. I was genuinely shocked at how wasted the cast felt in Doona, given how generic the storyline was.
Casting a beautiful actress in such an ordinary or poorly written drama is, honestly, a form of injustice.
From playing supporting roles in mini dramas to landing a noticable role in a prime-time series, this actress shows great promise for the future. She comes from an agency led by a boss who truly understands the struggles of being an entertainer, and who rejects the toxic culture of drinking and getting drunk as a prerequisite for collaboration or signing contracts—calling it out for the nonsense it truly is.
