Did Kim Han Cheol / Jin Goo in the drama succeed in taking revenge on the king who took away the woman he loved? answer me please i dont have problem with the spoiler
Bullying again? Come on, Korea. please bring something new with a stronger impact, like tax evasion, crime, drugs, or DUI scandals. There’s nothing fresh here; it’s the same repetitive cycle.
Here’s the timeline of bullying allegations: Ji Soo → March 2021 Jo Byung Kyu → February 2021 Park Hye Soo → March 2021 Song Ha Yoon → February 2024 (case continued into 2025)
All of these cases happened around February–March. But now another one surfaces in December.
Honestly, the Korean drama industry feels exhausting. always recycling the same bullying scandals instead of addressing deeper issues. It’s tiring to watch the same narrative play out again and again.
This drama has a very good and interesting premise, but unfortunately, it was hit by controversy over the distortion of history between Korea and China.
If I only judge from the subject or topic of distortion, then I would ask how foolish the production team was in researching the culture of their own ancestors. Were historians from Korea’s top universities not involved in the making of the story in this drama? I think that’s impossible, but reality says otherwise, which led to controversy and the cancellation of its broadcast.
With this, I realize even more that the research ability of Korean drama production teams is not very good. Look at how they portray the culture, habits, and characters of other countries that they often include in dramas, it often sparks controversy from the countries concerned.
It is very disappointing. Korea has already fallen far behind China since COVID in producing quality costume dramas.
The last good costume drama I watched was *The Crowned Clown*. In some forums, it was also mentioned that after COVID there was another good costume drama, *My Dearest*. Both dramas I mentioned were performed by actors who acted very well and were supported by excellent scripts, emotional and leaving a deep impression on the audience.
If you are an actress or a career woman, you can’t get married. Just enjoy your career. The universe does not design career women to marry, especially when you are a public figure.
And if you insist on getting married, you must have twice the strength compared to women who marry under normal circumstances. You have to make choices. whether you like it or not, there will always be sacrifices you must make in order to marry.
Look at this profile photo in November 2025 so perfect, sharp, and symmetrical. No wonder Zhang Chuxuan is the most beautiful actress in all of microdramas.
Gumiho? Can’t writers create something new? Is it true that Korean writers nowadays can only repackage dramas that have already been made by others and just beautify them? Do Korean writers really have no other way besides making stories with such repetitive themes?
If you want to relieve your fatigue by watching a drama, I suggest not watching this one. This drama is about real life and the actual problems that occur in society.
It might be enjoyable if you are someone with freedom or financial abundance. But if you are still stuck in a busy routine, look for a comedy, romance, or even a costume drama instead.
