Day 4 The never ending saga...Instead of asking repeatedly in the comments about love triangle the answer is yes.…
Not all heroes wear capes; some just drop life-saving updates in the comments—thank you! 🙌 I'll hold off until that first kiss happen, and then it's full binge mode for me.
Is it just me, or do we need a list for dramas where the FL’s dad treats her horribly and is constantly led around by his scheming, wicked concubine. If anyone’s going to start that list, add this one along with The Story of Ming Lan right at the top
Ah, the classic love triangle and second male lead Syndrome strikes again, I know the pain where you root for the guy who'd rather keep her captive than let her go, but the script’s like, ‘Nah, let’s go with the guy who tried to kill her multiple times instead.’
I’m confused why this drama isn’t appearing in the airing shows section on the MDL homepage anymore. Guys, Is it epic that I should wait until it’s finished and binge-watch the whole thing, or should I dive in now?
Hi! Not sure if you’re aware but the ML or Vengo Gao started his career as an actual model before acting. Just…
Not surprised with looks like that, he’s been killing it in front of cameras since day one. Even though this drama had me feeling a little frustrated, I can’t help but keep an eye out for his next role I’ve been on a mission to watch all his dramas since Eternal Love of Dream
Eye candy everywhere. Look left, right, up, down—there's an endless parade of male leads and male support characters brimming with handsomeness, stoicism, maturity, and an overwhelming alpha energy. The whole drama reeks of testosterone. Even the bad guys are jaw-droppingly gorgeous!
And the fight scenes—never, ever in my five years of watching Chinese dramas have fight scenes captivated me so much. I usually get bored during action scenes, even if Chris Hemsworth was fighting shirtless. But this? WoW!
And yeah, sure, the story and character development are great too. 😉
So, I'm dropping this drama now because patience is not my virtue—I devoured the novel instead. Turns out, I dodged a bullet! If they stick to the novel's ending and my favorite male lead doesn't end up with the female lead, then I avoided a year's worth of heartbreak. Call me a series skipper if you want, but let's be real—I was only in it for him anyway! 📚💔🚀 Kudos to those who continue watching, knowing how it ends—you're the real MVPs!
Yesss, the second season is finally here! I've been waiting all year to hear that signature 'haa ha haa' melody swelling in the background every time Xiao yao and xiang liu share a tender moment
I was about to watch this show and then I realized Tian Jian Ci is not the main male lead so nvm. i would have…
I was also looking for romance drama with Tian Jian as the main lead who ends with the FL after watching love you love your voice - unfortunately they are few
Where's my Kiss Scene? I need my Kiss Scene! They keep giving us Shen You Rong and Princess Wan Ning moments that make me want to hurl, and now, when it's finally my couple's turn, they leave us hanging! Unacceptable!
I'll leave this comment here because I see a lot of people dropping this drama. I was on the verge of dropping it too, but I had a lot of time on my hands. If you're thinking of bailing because the female lead seems weak and the male lead looks like a fool—big surprise—hang on! It gets better by episode 38. Trust me, it's worth the wait.
Hello :) The drama I watched before it was "The Legend of Shen Li," and right before that, "Love Me, Love My Voice." After finishing those two dramas, I found myself in a bit of a slump as I searched for another drama that could provide a similar sense of continuity and perfection. I must admit, I'm a sucker for the romance genre, and the more romance a drama has, the more I tend to enjoy it. I guess you could say I'm a simple-minded girl when it comes to that aspect. So, if the dramas I mentioned earlier align with your preferences, I would highly recommend giving them a try.
Oh mighty divine being, bestow upon me the Herculean power to resist the allure of the freshly unleashed episodes, so I binge-watch the entire series in one glorious sitting
