Can someone please explain to me the tragic plot from the past? They tried in the last episode but it was so convoluted, I felt lost. Why Wei Yan was to be at fault since minister Lee was the one who tried to overthrow the emperor? Why Wei Yan lover killed herself in the fire, was she Qi Min mother? Why Xie Zheng mother killed herself?!

I feel this drama was supposed to have more 30 episodes what do you mean we don't get do see the leads dating, marring and having a kid?! Also all of that happening off screen after papa just died it doesn't sit right. And why Jiwan and Yeong Ra didn't end up together they were so right to each other! This could be a favorite drama but this last episode made me so sad...

Hopefully the next one he'll be the lead it's hard not to root for him!

This drama is making me root for the bad guy and I'm almost convinced lol now I need a sageuk with Ji Hyun and Min Ki as a pair to heal this need!

i honestly feel frustrated since s2 the stories doesn't seem to have much space to show the crew interacting with each other off missions and we barely know how are their personal lives; each new episode are them taking down some big scheme and i loved s1 that we had so many diffent everyday villains... it's only me who feels this way?

It wasn't the worst ending but it felt too much?! The leads in no moment painted drugs as something good but sold them bcs they need it to survive they were punished by law and still wasn't enough to the writer...

I feel if this were a ocidental series the romance would've happened without problem. There's lots of age gap dramas that don't let their romance happen bcs the female lead is older and it's such an odd choice when both people are adults.

I need season 2 and hopefully in a streaming. I get that Korea is super against drugs but here is fiction why when a character isn't a saint of purity they must have awful endings even if they already paid for it? Also loved the leads chemistry it wasn't romance (probably bcs of age gap) but they were really the save space to each other no doubt and I need them to reunite asap!
