I know Alice He and Victoria Song do not look alike, but I get reminded of V. Song from The Love Knot: His Excellency’s First Love, when I look at images of A. He in this drama. Just a general sort of vibe. Looking forward to this drama for some strange reason. I've never finished a Taiwanese drama.
I had low expectations for this short drama, but it has really surprised me with good writing and acting so far. Excited to see how the rest of the story turns out.
This drama keeps getting better as it continues ( through ep 16). I had been anticipating the follow-up drama from the writer of Fight My Way and this has not disappointed so far!

You may be right about Lao Fu - The only time I can remember Fu Zi dressed in black was for the service for Teng Dan. I still am curious what the agent of Bai Jiao Jiao is going to do. She has insinuated that if Hao Ze Yu doesn't sign with her then she will release the info she has about the fake press attack on Hao Ze Yu that was staged by the stylist. It is really rare for a drama to have this kind of effect on me... one week to go.
Starting at about 2:18 of the video it shows a very distraught Fu Zi sitting in a vehicle crying and reaching for an empty driver's seat. There were some other glimpses of scenes where she was upset alone or in some tense situation with Hao Ze Yu.
I really hope things end well for our couple. This show is tagged as comedy and romance, I hope it doesn't go into heavy melodrama or tragedy.
I may wait another week so I can binge the last 10 episodes and avoid torturous cliffhangers(and stay off MDL as well). And after episode 34 their future together appeared to be developing so smoothly. UGH.

Yesss, Ep. 32 when Fu Zi agreed to practice the love scenes with him after Dad fell asleep, I had to fast forward to the evening to watch immediately. And then the sweet date in the park. Hao Ze Yu and Fu Zi are suddenly moving into the top 3 of my favorite drama couples list.
Fu Zi must be protected at all cost, I don't want her to be hurt, my heart won't be able to handle the pain ????…
Hao Ze Yu and Fu Zi left the strictly professional relationship behind quite a while ago. Fu Zi appears to be more open in acknowledging her feelings (at least to herself). Hao Ze Yu seems to be more of a closed book. He obviously cares for Fu Zi, but how much? His choice of a gift for her was odd- ladies skin care products. I have not seen any obvious signs that he sees Bai Jiao Jiao as anyone other than a mentor/senior in his profession that he could learn from. I also have not seen any obvious signs that she has any personal interest in him. But we all know how these dramas can play out- the unnecessary/bitter love triangle. Lets hope Mr Fighting does not go down that road.
Episode 19- such heartbreak. Our ragtag group can not catch a break. The synopsis above makes me anxious that more storms are coming their way. Fighting!
Now, after ep 11, I am convinced that Sandra Ma and Deng Lun have a special chemistry together. They are worth whatever they had to pay for the 2 of them to work together in this drama.
