The reasons are logical, it affects life styles, But why they make this kind of movie in the first place? and torture us like this. They through money away with making garbage romance C-dramas too, that can be used to help people.
I have seen some C-dramas, some of them good but the feeling I got after reading a little bit about Murong Chong (even if Wikipedia' page wasn't thorough) was a distinguished feeling. One fiction can never create, especially romance. I hope they make more movies and dramas like this that is taken from real history or literature instead of rubbish novels and comics.
