also sosososososososo agree w changmin in that ppl dont have to come out, im sure it gives alot of people who havent come out yet strength to see others openly give out that information but you definitely dont have to disclose it to anyone and everyone you meet. especially when it can end up being possibly fatal for you. imo i dont feel like it's anyone's business really.

ahh, idk ig im just used to other reality dating shows where the ppl competing for the same guy still try to keep themselves open since they dont want to prematurely put all their eggs in one basket.

yeah you def have a point, i think i may be prejudging bc it's slow paced rn but they can def mix things up by having them participate in games and they might become interested in others they didnt consider at first. & it def makes sense for them to choose based on solely on appearance if they don't even really know each other like that. im sure they'll have more opportunities to get to know e/o thru activities as the season goes on, i think im jus getting ahead of myself lol

AHHHHH episode 7 is truly the best episode so far !! not only was it over an hour, we got to know the boys and their backgrounds so well. i really hope they continue to play games like this i honestly loved every minute of them joking around w e/o and sharing experiences. Hyeon is soooo funny i rly love him and eunchan's dynamic despite them competing for the same guy lol & im living for eunchan and jeonghyun's friendship too. my hopes are def much higher for the rest of the season!

idk if it's poor planning on production's part but it does feel a little lacklustre. the filming quality is so similar to other korean dating shows so there's not complaints there but we're 5 episodes in and it feels like we don't even really know the cast

i really don't like the phone call concept bc literally everyone knows who calls who. like i like shows like heart signal where it's a text, or another show had them anonymously put like a token or something in the other person's mailbox so the person only knew how many ppl were interested in them but not who. it needs to be private somewhat

i think it's just based on looks, its not like they have much opportunity to know him more unless they get to go on a date

i see what the problem is with this show is , the premise is great but most (successful) reality shows are more intentional with their casting choices or else the show turns into multiple ppl going after the same person bc no one else is their type & the rest just sitting on the sidelines, a dry ass reality show basically.

like when casting they're supposed to ask questions like: "what's your type physically/personality/relationship-style wise?" and make sure there are at least 1-2 people who roughly fit that description. ask ppl before you cast them if their preferences are flexible or they're very set in their types. make sure there r potential matches for each cast member by using their self-described types. dont just scramble together the nearest 8 gay men and hope for the best. i'm sure all other korean reality dating shows do this bc if they didnt it would be a disaster.... still going to hang on and hope for the best, im rooting for the boys to end up happy with their experience regardless how it turns out in the end
