i believe girl rules is currently in a limbo state because media has to be of a certain appropriateness right now in thailand after the queen passed. that time is almost up tho, thats why only friends has been sitting completed for so long. i don't think the iqyi schedules have anything to do with it, they've had multiple 'big' series airing at the same time. my predictions for series airing is ofdo saturday (because we know what gmmtv is like with their bls), gr on friday, ewb/lyt interchangeable wed/thu and scarlet heart monday (because they always put the long series on monday and muteluv is almost over)
