Glad you dropped TTEOTM, I initially watched it while it was being aired cuz I kinda liked Bai Lu and Luo Yunxi together. The drama wasn't that good either

Cuz that's exactly what my case is over here ... I was kinda heartbroken after TTEOTM, it's the first xianxia that I watched and I just couldn't move on from it
My friend recommended Love and Redemption to me and trust me, CXJ got on my nerves so much. Like I understand that she hadn't had her six senses and was manipulated by Hao Cheng, but she's so dumb that I freaking wanted to knock her out across my phone...I just completed watching that drama cuz of my friend ( the only good thing being me becoming a fan of Cheng Yi and his acting)
And then I came across this drama. I had read comments saying it's overhyped and the ML here being famous just cuz he's handsome and not that a good actor (no offence to his fans) but I actually liked the plot. I'm so sick of these Chinese dramas portraying the female leads as weak and naive but I actually didn't find Xiao Lan Hua that annoying and her actions being justified accordingly.
I'm currently on episodes 30, but I'm a bit scared to watch the rest of the drama, for their coming misfortunes so I came over here to read the comments. And seeing your comment just made my day. It's like you just wrote what was in my mind so accurately that even I couldn't.

Aye this is the first time I'm watching the drama ...and tbh the most sensible character which in found in this is Huaze Lei and Jing. I'm kinda disappointed that I couldn't find any other comments about Lei...this feels weird but is it just me that likes Lei a lot more than even the Shancai and Dao Ming Si?

Ikr?! I kinda understand the FL now...it is killing me cuz u can't blame her, it isn't her fault. This is my 1st time watching the drama and is keeping me on the edge. I started watching it yesterday and I'm on ep 36 now lol. The plot is so damn interesting

I'm at ep 10 now, but can anyone tell me... WHY THE HECK ARE ALL OF THEM SO DUMB?! oh my word, they know that Xuan Ji doesn't have her six senses, which means she doesn't understand the concept of feelings, doesn't know the feeling of love, even Si Feng helped her understand how feelings feel like through analogies of food. But here, he's trusting her blinding when she said she liked her Sixth Senior. L.O.L. Such a dummy, both of them, are. I'm so annoyed, yet I feel sorry for them...Si Feng mostly, such a whole load of misunderstandings and unhappiness would have been cleared if someone thought of that. What do I do with these dummies...
