the drama clearly needed more time than the 21 episodes they had - early on during the airing I saw novel reader mention this and I totally agree with them now that I am done with the drama. their relationship still needs a lot of work and a lot of things were done too hastily

it is incredibly unfortunate - condering the chemistry of the main leads and the cinematography, the drama could have been immense (though it can still be considered successful in china)

i loved ZJM in SOKP - mostly bc i liked her character :)

The review ratings are kind of putting me off from watching this. So many 7s..🤔
the drama itself is good- i think the ratings are due to the expectation and potential which were just really high , as well as discontent viewers have with some production decisions

my thoughts 12 episodes in: the kiss scenes are nice, the plot moves quickly (though you have to oversee some plotholes) and the two main actors are very charismatic!
