i was wondering why there were no new roles for him, it was announced a few weeks ago that he left his longtime label and is now a free agent so maybe it has something to do with that. i hope he gets back with a interesting drama soon because he's incredibly talented

I think MDL hasn't been updated - I definitely watched this on netflix before but it was removed last year in my country and seems like its unavailable in other regions too

Missing you so much already Binnie... I began following you and your group during the peak of the pandemic and thanks to you, my lockdown days were filled with laughter and joy. Thank you for all of your hard work over the years and for giving us the chance to watch you grow as a person, artist and actor. Coming to terms with the fact that you're gone has been difficult, but I know I can smile thinking of all of your silly moments captured on camera and the way you lit up any stage. pretty disappointed with this one, ended up dropping/skimming eps to find out what happened because I felt like the plot was so over the top that it really lost credibility. Ji Sung's acting is great as always but I think it was wasted on such an unserious plot line.

really enjoyed the first half, to the point that I couldn't wait for the next eps but somewhere along the line I found myself tuning out to the main leads and found myself more interested in the second couple. I'm glad they made this only 12 episodes because I feel anymore would draw out an already straightforward/simple plot. if you're in need for a classic rom com, this is great but the sparkle wears off quickly with this one.

I'll never understand why the FL's character is despised on here - sure she has some moments that make you roll your eyes but she didn't bother me in terms of the story progression. She helped Hyeon out when he needed it the most and she was also reckless at times, showing her difference in approach to him. She is obviously put to contrast him and they soon learn to work alongside eachother to achieve results.

this show is super frustrating... a shame because I liked the acting but the storyline is all over the place. like everyone has mentioned the ML is so dense and honestly its a struggle to see heartfelt moments between ML and FL because there's more filler scenes with the supporting cast than anything. every ep is basically like shu doing/saying something that hurts akiha and akiha having to deal with the aftermath of it until shu comes to his sense and apologizes.

I quite liked this, the reviews made me a little uneasy but it was pretty sweet and I was impressed with PBY's portrayal of her character. I wish there was more interaction with the two leads but it's a straightforward movie that has a lot of nostalgia riddled through it.

I think it was enjoyable initially but once it started incorporating his commute back and forth from the office to home... it started to become really repetitive. Even the twist ending was just meh to me because they threw it all together in the last 10 minutes of the movie and left me thinking 'okay... so what was the entire point of this?'. One thing I'm glad about is that they didn't get back together after their fight - feels realistic and didn't patch over their problems like most movies do. Otherwise it's just a very mediocre movie, good to watch when you're bored and have nothing else to see.

I don't normally gravitate towards comedic kdramas but I checked this out and it's really enjoyable. Especially the first lot of episodes I remember laughing so hard I couldn't breathe. The cast had incredible chemistry with each other and it was evident throughout the show.

5th ep was definitely frustrating like many have brought up so I hope the next one exists to soothe us...but I do appreciate the realistic sides they show of the 3 leads. They're flawed as people and they have habits that are hard to break or pride that they find hard to let go of. There's also more to the surface of all of them as people and I guess we're watching as they slowly figure each other out, with obstacles along the way. Looking forward to the next ep!!

my theory about chanki and sobin is that he took her for granted as a friend, i'm pretty sure he's always known about her crush on him but didn't actually turn her down and instead just lead her on into thinking that there was a chance they could be beyond friends. idk if he liked her but he definitely was upset that she started to put her foot down because she was always timid before

Just finished ep4 and I'm liking this drama - Jun's character is quite intriguing because he's never experienced being loved or been shown affection so it affects his romantic and platonic relationships. I know the censorship is an issue but I think on the bright side they're doing a good job of fleshing out the main characters as people and I do like the dynamic between Soohyun and Jun. Sobin and Jun might seem just for the sake of making it air-able for KBS standards but I do think their friendship/relationship exists for a purpose, to better them as individual people. Based on ep 4, Jun is teaching her to stand up for herself and not let herself get walked over, while Sobin is Jun teaching him how to actually deal with people you care for.

Why should their "true bravery" be determined by whether they come out and reveal their full identity to the media - so they can be labelled as Jisoo's bullying victim publicly? Everyone processes trauma differently and just because some people can take bad experiences and abuse on their shoulder doesn't necessarily mean all victims can handle that pain the same, so if this is the way they want to approach it then so be it. For the victims this may be the small piece of closure they desired, Jisoo is not going to be on screens for quite some time and if they never received an apology from him in the past then this is a starting point.

I guess the difference between c drama's ML is that Heon's characterization is more focused on him being introverted so like you said about the other ML he struggles to express his feelings for the FL but instead of being blunt/rude with her he's more reserved and unmoving to her advances. Not gonna say there isn't flaws with the progression of this version but it has a different charm, personally.
