haha you totally bring up some great points -- they don't handle the business aspect of the show well at all. And yes I didn't think about the fact that Yong San didn't need to talk to Jipyeong; he just needed to prove himself.. the writers probably realized he didn't get any development so they're like "let's throw this in here" rather than, you know, Injae and Dalmi's relationship growth or Dosan's general development.. quite honestly the only reason I'm left watching is to see the resolution; for the sake of knowing what happened.. the plot itself has lost me lol
can i complain about Yong San the character, not the actor, for a second? He had very few character traits; he was only meant to be: 1) Dosan's supporter 2) Jipyeong's hater because Jipyeong criticized his brother, leading him to further support Dosan by stopping Jipyeong. also Jipyeong's only role in the show was to be the guy who helps everyone else's characters develop in one way or another. He just played sad, honest boy cupid. A guardian angel. The writers really hate him lol. additionally, super weird that Dalmi had so much trouble with those hackers - literally any dev in the world would backup their work NATURALLY, especially those devs under her who had worked with her and Injae for 3 years. super fake moment. it's not like Dalmi's incompetent either - she'd totally make sure something as important as THEIR CODE was intact when 2 billion won is on the line lol. finally, why hasn't anyone talked about Dosan never talking to his parents in his 3 years away?? and not visiting them?! why do i get the feeling he only went back because he saw Dalmi's video? idk, maybe i'm being petty, but i'm just spitting out everything rn lol
