I still re-watch this one once in a while , one of my favorite movie of all time , like the review above said it not perfect but for some reason it really stand out as a sweet romance , just love it
people keep saying they don't understand why he love her , yes he nice , understandable , reasonable and caring but he first and foremost still a MAN , he fall for her look of course , she mean and selfish but pretty and that's all a guy ever ask for lol
so the story is a rip off from America movie 'Sabrina' but ten times worse , the second lead is cute , that the only positive thing I could say about this drama
actually Itazura na kiss , I like Kiss me the Thai version the best , in all the other one I really hate the main girl she stoop really low in an embarrassing level , how many time do I have to yell "girl get a hint , he not into you" but the Thai version was really good , the directing , writing and acting , this is the one version that she walk away from him , not one time in the entirely drama that she make me feel ashamed of her character , fan of this story have to check it out , highly recommended
I think that the reason why Hong Lim lied about not loving the King was to piss him off and kill him. I think…
uh I think I have to respectfully disagree , my take of the movie is that Hong Lim was never gay , it just that he grow up in the palace , since the king love him and clearly favor him even when they were kid Hong Lim kind of flatter , grateful and HOW DO YOU SAY NO TO A KING didn't know any better so he love him and that his whole world , especially when the king was so kind to him ( sometime people mistaken gratitude for love ) but when he and the queen well you know ................ that's when he really fall in love , at the end when the king ask him "did you ever love me ?" I almost can see the answer in his eyes "I was never gay to begin with , you just love me too much for me to say no " the whole time I watch the movie I just have the feeling that he more loyal than love to the king
