On two occasions, whenever there are people around, Ran is nowhere to be seen. Is he actually alive? Or? What's actually going on? Even when the people were screaming help, he moved quite slow and wasn't present in the action. Is it because of old age or because he isn't actually tthere?
He asks his daughter about him twice, and she never really vocalises anything. Even the cab driver looked a bit...off when he was talking in the cab.
If he is his imagination, then why? Is he still away? Or did he die?

It was after the attack that was orchastrated by the friend. She dressed like that to the police station to garther sympathy for the attack, and to also amplify the injuries to ensure that they got a high sentence. It was all fake though. You can tell when the ML says to her that people who have an injury on that leg normally holds the crutch on the other hand.

It is the fact that Akin watched as Than looked at the picture of the girl and Mawin and Akin didn't realise that Than not only did not recognise the woman in the picture, but rather got jealous because of the ambiguity around Mawin's origin. So stupid. Would someone who saw the woman they slept with years back consider whether you are the father of her child? No sense.
I will come back with the last 4 eps are out because there is no development with this misunderstanding. I would have accepted if they were showing us scenes of what happened/teasers but they are just glossing over it and I am tired of watching my man Than SUFFER over a child that is not even his. Jang Gun Yeong is a very impulsive character and it is very frustrating. He is the type to strike when he sees crime and for someone like Baek Gi Tae, that doesn’t work. For someone who strives to make a name for himself and knowingly kills those higher to do it, that kind of approach won’t work. His boss is trying to tell him to calm down, take a step back and wait for a bit or you will NOT have a second chance, nor will the people you work with, and yet he keeps going and pushing forward.
Baek Gi Tae is a criminal through and through, yes, but his boss is right. When dealing with someone who has power, and you, have none, you need to slow down and at least match them before attacking.
I like how Gi Tae and Gi Hyun are complete opposites. One favours power, doing anything to get it, and the other favours grit, using his strength to get him through. But what I like is that Gi Hyun is also smart as well. He knew the outcome and prepared to take everyone down, rather than someone who makes a quick deal. If his brother hadn’t stepped in, I am sure he would have worked through the outcome, whatever it may be. It is PAINFUL that in this series, Woo Do Hwan has only appeared TWICE ugh
I don’t know what type of ending I want for this show but - at least keep all the siblings alive.
It’s so weird seeing how having no parents is emphasized in some dramas because growing up, it was the last thing on someones mind? If you asked me whether someone in my class had one or both parents, the only thing I can say is I dont know. How can a teacher say to a student that they don’t deserve an award because they do not have ther biological parents? The award says parents, it doesn’t specify biological parents. How is his uncle not one? And dont even get me started on Se Jin. I can’t stand her character right now. Her parents are raising someone scary. I need reality checks for them both.

Secondly. At this point, I can only sit through the second couple's scenes. I am not happy with the development of the main couple, or how Akin is treating Than. He is choosing to keep his mouth shut and not say anything about what happened, but is still condemning someone that is supposedly involved. Especially since he asked Than back in the day and Than said I have no idea what you are talking about. Why couldn't he sit both of them down and say one of you is claiming that the other is the father of your child, please sort it out.
Instead he listened to his friends who told him to leave Than. And honestly, I cannot blame his friends. I would say the same. The issue is Akin is only saying his side of things, he is only thinking about how he views things -- rather than actively trying to sort it out. This is why they say do not tell your friends all of your relationship issues. Because they only see the bad things. It is even MORE frustrating because we, the viewers, know that Than is completely innocent. So innocent that he doesnt even remember the girl or the supposed child 7 years down the line.
I really want Than to move on from Akin, because in my eyes, he doesn't deserve him. Not because he suspects him cheating, but because he acts as the judge, jury and executioner without giving the other person a chance to explain. Than has suffered and for what? For a child that isn't even his?
Than's friend was right. Self respect is important too. Than is stripping himself of his self respect and for what? Someone who walked out on him and when he returned, refused to say why? So messed up.

I don't like how Gi-Ppeum is treating Kang. Sure, you saw the video. Sure, you are suspicious. But you, yourself are a lawyer. A smart one at that. How can you watch one video and let that be the view you have of someone? Maybe she could be misguided because of how 'close' they are but to then use that video to your advantage, whilst simultaneously talking down to the person who is in it? That moral high horse is a crazy one.
I hope she apologises in the next EP and not further down the line because what she is doing is wrong. It is okay to be suspicious, it is okay to wonder - but why not just ask the person? One thing that makes it annoying as to whether it is cheating or not is due to the fact that I can’t understand their relationship timeline. I cannot seem to remember when they started dating and if he did cheat when he supposedly slept with the woman. I mean, he did tell her that he had a partner, so it is safe to assume they were dating then. Another thing that bothers me is the weird friend’s text trying to imply that him and Than were doing something promiscuous when there were indeed 4 people in that room. Why show that scene? Is it significant? Does that friend come again?
Lastly - I am sorry, there is NO WAY you walk past the man who supposedly fathered your child. I REFUSE to believe that idc. One night stand or not, she knew who to call so she had a vague image of him in her head. For him to even walk past her, it is clear he doesn’t know her.
To me, this is a situation where someone used his number to hide after a one night stand and didnt expect things to get so complicated after.

King’s behavior isn’t actually sudden. We can see through scenes of his own that he has always wanted to be on the straight arrow. But his dad has always stopped him and threatened him. Now, after putting Thup in jail and seeing the mess this murderer is continously making, he cannot keep listening to his father anymore. That is why it is more out in the open now.
