Disney could release all the episodes of this simultaneously if they wanted to. (But they won't.) Netflix releases…
Releasing it all at once is only good for the viewer. It's completely bad for everyone else. The weeks long buzz helps promote it to someone binging it and forgetting it within the week. The finite budget means quality competes for the timeslot not sloppy ones to fill them up.
Sorry, I strongly object the choice of words here. Using words like 'polluting' when talking about people's faith…
Big kdramas knows there is an international audience and they love to kiss ass up to, if you didn't know a lot of kdramas thematically show a lot of their self-hatred intentionally and sometimes unintentionally so this is very on-brand. Anyway, Christianity is the biggest religion in the world, chances are they appeal or is tolerated to see but yes it was mentioned they are also big on Christianity. Buddhism is too ingrained in their culture for any measly show they don't /need/ some fictional cultural representation although shows from their public channel often have those very 'ad'-like Buddhism backdrop (they even have the stamp of Minister of Culture's investment in the credits) if you so crave. All this to say, you didn't research or guess a typical capitalist practices and I'm guessing you don't actually care, you just want to complain about. Maybe stop and find something else NICE to do?

There's no conspiracy. She is backed by paying fans and that's it. Projects and productions do not discriminate money. You should ask why people don't support talent enough that Yoona is still getting offers.
