acting great story has holes
I was skeptical out the show from the other reviews. But if you pay attention there is a reason for the curse and a subtle information how to solve it which happened in the last episode. It wasn’t big or dramatic to make it obvious, just sadThe only hanging piece is Denis. I wish his character was more clear in who he represented. In the episode where he has a melt down his manager made a comment of “you don’t understand I will explain later”; but he never did, which I suspect makes his character here more clear. But it seems to have been left on the cutting room floor when they edited this episode. That was a disappointment even tho he was a supporting character it was still relevant to the storyline.

lack of awareness of others
The story had great actors, but the script lacked substance. While Pi was awful to Mork, Mork should have walked away and let Pi realize how much Mork meant to him. Otherwise it just Felt tortureous to watch.Dueans ignorance of himself was strangely accepted by his peers. No one called him out and told him he can’t treat women or anyone that way. He isn’t even a playboy but more a sleeze, how Meen out up with him for so long is beyond me. Meen is adorable worthy of someone’s love just NOT Duean.

Has potential for bring better
Some of the actors I absolutely loved, Jom, Yia, and James. they did a great job with what story they had. I really wanted to learn more about James story line and was disappointed they didn’t expand on it more.The overall story line was good. I really enjoyed it up until the end. I wanted more of the return to his time and finding Yia and them reflecting back on their journey back to each other. I think the author really missed an opportunity there. their reunion was way to short so vey disappointed in that.
This could easily have more episodes with side stories about the servants, why Robert was abusive, the sisters story etc.
Would I watch it again? No. but I will check out what other drams of the other actors that did enjoy watching.

Disappointing Script
Boss and a babeIt has the potential for a great story line. It was all based on the relationship so it felt very stagnant. They should have focused on finding the mole and showing the relationships throughout. This would have brought characters in and out of storylines smoother and more realistic. lol
The drama felt like it was stretching out to become 10 episodes but it could have been done in fewer episodes great actors with a poor script.
I may have missed who the mole was as I kept skipping forward, but did they ever solve it?

Enthralled with Payu and Rain
Rhe actors who played Rain and Payu were a perfect fit. They both draw me into their story easily. the sexiness of them together come through the screen.mThe innocence and the love that is shared between the couples was mesmerizing. The voice and intonations of their language was pleasant and that is what actually drew me to the actors in the first place. Being from the US I watch with subtitles and have to hear the voices of the actors va English voice dubbed. It makes it more real and able to get into the story easier.
The only difficult part of the storyline was the abuse, but also realized the their are only so many episodes and need to get things done. I also wish Sky could have had some tears going in those crucial parts. The facial expression showed distress but it would have sold better with tears.

great cast need better writing. disappointing
Disappointed in the script so far. And I’m only at ep 13. Can’t believe they would stay in a place and build a treehouse instead of looking for a way out and then stay in the demon palace. Why the teachers wouldn’t search for the missing students is unrealistic and not even acknowledged that they could be in danger and go search for them. So disappointed in the adults at the schoolThe kids have no common sense either. The father is in cahoots gets hit by a demon and stays around, run? Cry what should I do. sheesh. Gets rescued then wants to go back. Huh?
Why does Ring have so much power at the fortress? Let her order everyone without saying anything?

Way too long
I have been enjoying these dramas. If you LOVE martial arts fighting scenes then this one will not disappoint. In every episode there will be at least one. for me it got to the point that I fast forwarded through them.I enjoyed the story, but felt like it was dragged on too long. I also prefer a bit more romance. The main femail leas was too dismissive over emotions and missed some great opportunities to connect on a different level with Male Lead. you knew they liked each other, but often just acted like typical best friends vs potential romantic partners.
since this review requires at least five hundred characters I will write a bit of fluff.
I enjoyed the places where this was filmed. some scenes were obvious in a studio, but it didn’t take away from the acting.

interesting Script
My golden bloodTong needs to work on his acting skills. Ep 1 was just Awkward to watch and unfortunately it continued to the end. I never saw the chemistry between Mark and Tong. They need to find a different pairing.
The storyline itself was interesting and the other actors were convincing and did well in their roles. I would have loved if they expanded on Marks ability to smelling and tasting. noe one seemed to respond or react to it wondering how this occurred or even question what was happening.

casting vs dating
I really enjoyed this showed and laughed often. I think they did a real good job of casting the contestants and was nice to see an older and younger grouping.The one thing the contestants need to remember throughout the week is that they need to choose who they would make a good pair for acting not necessarily dating, especially in the beginning, because the goal is to be in a drama and the real life relationship can develop. the acting together should be the primary goal for choosing your person.

ups and downs. you will love it
The reviews were t great, but I am still drawn into the drama. Yes the relationship is toxic and someone needs to establish respect and boundaries, but like others said it is similar to real life on occasions.The actors do a great job and the storyline make me want to see the next episode.
The “pseudo realistic incarnation” is a novel idea from the dramas have watched so far. They did it will in my opinion.
This is definitely a drama to watch. I enjoyed and was caught up in the story.

Thoroughly enjoyed it !
I didn’t think I would like this storyline, but amPleasantly surprised. The storyline can be a bit crude, especially in Ep 5, but I just skipped through those scenes. The storyline flows and has some special effects that are not over the top. The fight scenes are done well. Actors all did a phenomenal job with evoking emotions and suspense. Great job. Keep your eyes on them for more for sure.
While this is 12 episodes with several “chapters” in each, it doesn’t feel like they were trying to stretch out the story. Depending on your personally it might have areas of slowness. I didn’t feel that way at
all.
This drama would benefit from a special effects make up artist to make some of the wounds more believable like in ep 8 3/4. But it is so short you can forgive them. The costumes from the past could be a little more refined. The just look clunky and ackward to wear for the actors.
The suspense in this drama has a good balance within the story. While it is one of the central plots it doesn’t overshadow the main plot of the two lovers finding each other l
The one thing is ep 8 that drove me nuts was when he lost the amulet and Tharn saw it in the items the nurse gave him but didn’t INSIST it be out back on Phaya. When is he going to remember it?? And get it to him?
While Tharns character was also a female
in a previous life, find a way to charge the smile into more feminine version.
This isn’t a a fully loaded BL drama, but it did a great balance of adventure, longing and love. The intimate scenes did not need to see full on nudity. Good camera work would have still got the feel for it all.
The music did a great job setting the tone and the people who did captions also stepped up with the sounds descriptions. It all added to the storytelling of this drama.

Great stories but confusing set up…
I enjoyed watching each episode (story). Inrealized after the first it was a different set up. mini stories within one drama. Ok, once I realized that I was fine. I’m flexible. but once I realized the actors were crossing over to different story lines and not as the same character I struggled hoping it would turn into some kind of “reincarnation “ theme.Overall I enjoyed each as an individual plot. But by putting them into Episodes describe it as Multiple stories but same actors but different SHORT stories.

Just when you think it’s over, Surprise!
Sword and fairy is a great story line. It has several of my favorite actors. I enjoy watching Xu Kai go from one era of character to another modern day and it always works. He is not stuck in one character type. Great acting!Esther Yu is new on my radar and is beautiful. She will be added to be favor actors to watch list.
This story is definitely different than the other and just when you think it’s done there is another twist and I loved it! most of the time you can predict, but this was a nice surprise. good job to the writer of the story.

can’t get past ep2, so disappointing
I really enjoy watching the dramas. Buy when I can’t get through the series itis so disappointing. I understand trying to lure people to pay for a subscription and hooking people with 2 free episodes will/might do this. the cost of the monthly subscription is too high.
