Ended up starting back from the brink and i am nobody, another way to cope after finishing this drama

Just finished this drama. I love the BGM and OST in this show. The cinematics, look and feel are also superb. What am I gonna do now...... watch story of pearl girl or rewatch this T_T

I'd like to recommend Under the Microscope as well. It's a short 14 episodes historical cdrama set in the Ming dynasty, exploring themes of common people fighting against corruption. The series focus more on common people so most of the setting of this drama is around local government rather than palace politics type of drama. The cast is Zhang Ruoyun (Joy of Life Fan Xian, SSS), Wu Gang (Joy of Life Chen Ping Ping), Wang Yang (Joy of Life Teng Zijing), and others.

Just a note that it's not for everyone, the plot might be a bit dry about how tax revenue is collected and how the system works in Ming Dynasty. The male lead is also not the smart/cunning type of male lead so you if you like smart/cunning kind of male lead then you may not like this drama as well.
