1. this is a reverse harem show where multiple ML love FL, and FL initially love 2ML. So probably yes? 2. A bit hard to say. ML probably got romantic feelings for FL probably near ep 2x. Started showing signs of jealously when FL is in love with 2ML. 3. ML and FL did not officially get together until quite late in the series so dont think it counts as break up. 4. Happy, satisfying, non-rushed ending, with their kids.
romance wise, if you're ML-FL shipper, romance starts quite late but is satisfying at the end. I watched this drama not for romance but for Xuening's time travelling and other plot/schemes so romance is kind of secondary to me.
