A chaotic yet worthwhile journey!
I'd like to start by writing some words about STORYLINE. The subject is quite appealing and engaging. The series has served the dramatic plot well. The most beautiful aspect is how the writer seamlessly blended the modern and historical eras at the start of the series! Throughout the drama, the story matures. However, at the end, I was disappointed because I expected more screen time for the lead when they returned to the modern era.In terms of ACTING, each character performs admirably as scripted. Notably, the MAIN LEADS are fantastic; they gave their all to portray the characters accurately. Mainly, actress Wang Chu Ran played every mood—chaotic, funny, and serious—perfectly. Ryan Cheng also delivered an excellent performance as his character. Overall, the CASTING was flawless.
However, the genre of "HOW DARE YOU!" is HISTORIC COURT POLITICS with TIME-TRAVELING elements, which I believe is rather cliché nowadays.
To sum up, the series is fantastic!

When a masterpiece captivates its audience, a gem is created!
After watching such an incredible historical period drama, I'd like to share my thoughts on 'UNVEIL: JADEWIND'.The script was extremely compelling. I never get a chance to click the 'fast forward' button throughout the series. Each episode features a suspenseful tune mixed with some emotional plots. Though detective-historical CDramas have become popular in recent years, this story stood out the most to me. Throughout the series, each case established a strong morality while also serving some emotions, making 'UNVEIL: JADEWIND' a masterpiece.
After watching the entire series, I believe the casting is perfect. Bai Lu (The FL) nails every character she plays, including 'Li Pei Yi' in 'UNVEIL: JADEWIND.' Personally, for the first time, I saw her as an investigating officer, and her bold yet cold demeanor captivated me. Now, as for our ML (Wang Xing Yue), after watching his various historical dramas with exceptional swordplay and martial arts, this is the first time I've really enjoyed his completely new avatar. His character is solely based on his intelligence and astronomical knowledge. Both of the leads delivered excellent performances. They did their best in every shot. Within such a mysterious and thrilling storyline, I particularly enjoyed the moments when they became touchy with each other. Finally, all of the supporting characters performed well. Zhao Qing and Bai Lu's chemistry was also quite supportive.
"UNVEIL: JADEWIND," in my opinion, won my heart. The series is a masterpiece because of its compelling plot and superb cast. I am incredibly grateful to the production team for providing us with such a treasure!

'POSITIVELY YOURS' makes me feel 'POSITIVELY DEVISED.'
Honestly, the story's theme isn't too bad. A very light storyline that is also quite relatable today. From beginning to end, the series features a realistic plot with traumatic pasts for the main characters, expertly mixed with an abundance of comedic elements. However, the story fell short of expectations, and I was unable to fix the flaw that makes 'POSITIVELY YOURS' watchable casually.Everybody, including the MAIN LEADS, acts well in accordance with their roles. However, they fail to leave a lasting impression on us.
I wish I could include some delightful and appreciative words in my review of 'POSITIVELY YOURS', but I am afraid I cannot.

Nicely Crafted but left with a Discontented Surface
I was quite hooked when I first saw the trailer for 'Pursuit of Jade.' So, I was quietly waiting for their release, and honestly, it was worth my wait. The first few episodes were so funny, engaging, and informative. Along with the main leads, the side characters played very well, and later those supporting personages became a strong backbone throughout the series. When it comes to judging the story, I wish I could say, "The script enchants me." I had really enjoyed the series from its start to the middle, which was great, like a 'fully packed content.' But the downfall commenced with the last few episodes, and I gradually started losing interest in the wrap-up episodes. The emperor's immature expressions and actions seem quite unrealistic. In the series, his character is depicted as a 'puppet ruler,' but the point that still keeps knocking me is, 'Can a puppet ruler be this much puerile?!'
The second thing that pissed me off was the 'Machiavellian' character played by Deng Kai. With no doubt, he just nailed that role, but the way it was scripted in the storyline exasperated me quite a bit. To accede to the throne, how ruthless a person can be! He spared none, and the worst part is, he even tried to kill his own son!!
Another thing I would like to highlight is the monotonous tagline 'Seventeen years ago' throughout the series. I'm not criticizing it because the event that happened seventeen years ago is the main point of the series; everything else in the drama is based on it. What I am trying to say is 40 episodes feel quite long to me to bring up the issue or the hidden truth that affects everyone's life.
Maybe that's why the ending of "Pursuit of Jade" is not up to the mark!
Lastly, the series concludes on a happy and satisfying note for all the protagonists, obviously including the main leads. But I am a bit doubtful about the 'epilogue' in the last episode. I feel quite dubious about the necessity of the 'extras.'
Anyway, long story short, "Pursuit of Jade" presents a good storyline. All the characters are well-played, and I am satisfied with their acting. The production was also very good. Overall, IT IS A GOOD ATTEMPT.

A DRAMA THAT'S REFRESHING IN ITS CUTEST FORM
After a long time, I have witnessed such an energetic and refreshing series loaded with cuteness. The way the script is set up is very different from the usual school BL dramas. At first, I was a little disappointed with the character "Qinn" because he kept pushing "Duang" away. But as the episodes went on, it became clear why Qinn was acting the way he was: his painful past was keeping him from letting anyone into his heart. "It is often in the darkest skies that we see the brightest stars," says the saying. "Duang" also comes into "Qinn's" life as a sun and brings him back to the light, leading them on a happy and beautiful life journey.
When it comes to acting, all of the actors in the series do a good job. TeeTee's natural, happy, and bubbly acting steals the show from beginning to end. I feel like "Duang" is the oxygen of this drama, and it always reminds me that we all need a friend like "Duang" who will always be there for us and be loyal, respectful, and happy. Without a doubt, Por's acting is just as good as TeeTee's. The supporting characters were great, especially the "friend zone" of the main characters. Finally, I want to say a few words about the character "Duang's mother." She is the cutest mother I've seen in any of the BL shows I've watched so far. She does a great job of playing the part!
For me, "Duang with You" isn't a series; it's a tonic that made my Saturdays lively and refreshing for two and a half months. I'm going to miss "Duang" so much! But, I'm looking forward to TeePor's next together.

Bubbly Romance & a Storyline with full of beans
"Head 2 Head" tells a delightful tale about the lives of two childhood friends who were once rivals but later fell in love. They end up living next to each other and attending the same class and school. Even though the idea of "enemies-to-lovers" is monotonous, the plot masterfully creates a special situation that highlights the loved one's protectiveness while incorporating some humorous elements. As usual, "Sea-Keen" is a delightful couple, and throughout this series, their performance was charming and refreshing. The second lead, "Surf-Java," likewise gives a very poignant and mature performance. For my part, I am excited about their upcoming project. Finally, JJ Chayakorn did a fantastic job portraying his upbeat and friendly persona.
In summary, "Head 2 Head," the series, gave us a lovely year-end present with a charming and novel plot and a cast of adorable actors.
