No, this is not a fansub at all. These are machine-translated subs. If you see subs with strange brackets and wrong names and pronouns, you can be 95% sure that they are machine-translated with no human work (so please kindly do not attribute them to us fansubbers, thank you :)).
In the first place, sites like kisskh etc. do not make actual fansubs - they either steal from fansubbers or upload trashy machine subs like this.

Hi, as the fansubber, I have to ask if you're watching it from my site (https://shinjsubs.wordpress.com/2025/01/12/ikinari-kon/), or from some other source. I've seen some others sites posting "fansubs" of the series that were just machine translations, not my (or any proper fansubber's) work - and machine translations hardly get pronouns right.

I'm pretty confident in my own work, however if you did spot a mistake from my video links, it might be a typo and I'm happy to correct it.
