edit: i liked the bts reference and the plot point surrounding it. but i certainly dislike how stupid they made jiwon in the drama. she was much much smarter and rational in webtoon.

i can't bring myself to watch the last 2 episodes but weren't they supposed to be almost the same person anyways 💀

for time travel genre i recommend the jdrama boku dake ga inai machi / the town where the only one missing is me. it's not recent but the plot is fire and there aren't that many episodes either.

what the hell this drama tricked me big time... honestly i thought she would end up with seonjae and i was all here for it. hell the first episodes were pretty entertaining actually. but then... episode 5 occurred...
the hell, did they change writers in the middle or were they playing stringless phone? is seonjae just a plot device?
imo the initial idea with the blackmailing was nothing new but well thought, it kinda reminded me of the jdrama switch. but they revealed everything far too early and randomly.

maybe 🤔... but he was also the one holding the funeral in the webtoon whereas here is minhwan so yeah. also in the webtoon he travels with her father's taxi in his last moments yet here is just a random accident. this bothers me the most.

maybe it's the latter because the drama adaptation is way more dramatic compared to the webtoon. a shame tbh it was the biggest plot point

i don't mind that the webtoon's final plot twist was revealed in episode 4. however...

it lacked that emotion so much. in the webtoon he follows her to her house on that day and finds her there, they should have kept that imo

factually speaking tho, it's one of the highest rated, if not the highest, rated cdrama on mdl. i think that says plenty.
the plot might not be for everyone, since it essentially repeats the same day, but that's what makes it special lol and i didn't get bored at all. that's its whole charm, more episodes wouldn't have really worked.
on the other hand derailment had lots of episodes which could have been compressed big time. alas
