Honestly, I acknowledge the problems with the plot but I refuse to let them get in the way of enjoying Li Cheng x Mu Ren and Xing Si x Yong Jie's sweet and sexy chemistry. Like, Xing Si is such a teasseeeeeeee and unexpectedly a huge flirt! Yong Jie just can't do anything but sing to his tune lol. And the sweet little gestures between Li Cheng and Mu Ren... feeding apples, sending imaginary cupid arrows, kabedons, ear bites and lip licks *kyaaa*
I gotta say this drama is definitely going into my best bls of all time list!
So sad it has ended....how do I go through Mondays now :'(

Ep 1 ending scene wear tharn kissed type in his sleep: In the novel, tharn didn't kiss type, he just gave him some hickeys. I think the directing of this scene is badly done as it was too over-dramatic and made it seem like tharn is a sex-fiend.
Ep 3 shower scene: In the novel, it wasn't that one-sided on tharn. in the novel shower scene, tharn and type were actually "fencing" instead of just tharn giving type a BJ.
Ep 4 reason why Type asked Tharn to sleep with him: Type knows that being a homophobic is a problem for him, especially if he wants to enter the society in the future. e.g. What if his boss is gay? He thinks that Tharn will be able to help him overcome his homophobia because when they had the shower scene, he actually felt good. That's why he asked tharn to sleep with him, not because of some debt-repaying reason
For netflix peeps who just started watching and hating the series, just bear with the series and watch until ep 4, it gets better after that. Also you can read 2 spoilers below to explain the problematic scenes.
I just started watching this series and I'm on episode 9 now. I'm suuuupppeerr happy now and this BL series has immediately made it to my top most recommended BLs.... so now i'm wondering if i should continue watching or no. On one hand, i'm really curious and i'm dying to see more of XHT and YSG + LZG x SBX. On the other hand, I don't want my beautiful memories to be spoiled by the ending.........
Am I the only one who cringed about the idea of surrogate mother Miriam? Tbh I feel sorry they made her so money…
agree. I mean, why would Miriam agree to do it when she hasn't even had sex yet lol.
But honestly, not all dramas are meant to be the epitome of reality. Take Friends for example, the characters are sometimes not realistic right..? Would suggest to take it with a grain of salt, just think of it as entertainment lol.
I guess all the hate coming from this show is from long time BL fans, and all the love for this show is for first time BL watchers? 2gether was my first BL series, I watched it in Nov and it completely switch my tastes in drama lol. Not even start-up, true beauty or mr. queen get me as excited as watching a BL series.
But after watching dozens of BL series afterwards, I do understand where the hate is coming from lol. Admittedly, ep 9 onwards of 2gether just. It's clear as day that Bright and Win are not gay HAHAHA. There are many other BL series which portrays better chemistry and storyline.
STILL!!! 2gether introduced me to the world of BL and got me crazy over Win, so I still love this series.
As far as BLs go, this is low bar.But if liked this then your gonna love other shows.I strongly recommend "Together…

I only watched Gameboys after it's released on Netflix and finished the whole series in 1 day lol. Knowing there's a youtube version, i watched it again coz i need to rewatch the series the second time. The differences are...
- They re-shot all the scenes in episode 1 (i think the youtube scenes have poor lighting and Gavreel had a huge pimple below his nose LOL) - They also re-shot and added more IG stories - They joined ep 1 and 2 (Youtube) together in netflix ep 1, so netflix only have 12 episodes compared to youtube 13 episodes. - Also i think they added more colour contrast in the netflix version to make the colours pop out more
Enjoyed this series until ep 6.............................................. and then I didn't know what i'm watching. After fast-forward watching, i finally gave up at ep 10 and jumped straight to ep 12. Still didn't get what's happening, but happy to check this series off my list.
