I think so too. His actions in episode 5 were like a double-edged sword. For example, him bringing all of them to this island. But I wonder if he really wanted to go head first with wild boars 😂

I have seen Uhm Ki Joon in previous dramas, but damn, his charisma here is so different. Maybe it's the vibes associated with him in this drama, but he is just magnificent and beautiful here.

This should be labelled as Fantasy if they are going to have that kind of an island. At first, I thought that they were using holograms, so it was tolerable, but the flower? The flower makes no sense. It has to be a fantasy for that flower to exist.

Why people do not like this movie as much as TTB? Because the main genre of the movie, zombies, are sidelined. It's more of a human vs human than a human vs zombie movie. Plus TTB had actual people playing zombies whereas the zombies here are animation. In fact, cars had more screentime than zombies. Zombie movies usually give you an adrenaline rush, but this movie did not. Maybe because the zombies, if showed, were shown as a mountain, there were not individual zombies. When people come to watch a zombie movie, they expect to see zombies, but where, you were seeing cars. Can it be called a sequel to the Cars franchise? Maybe.

Another thing that this movie tried to do uniquely was the end of good characters. Usually, good characters eventually turn into zombies in this genre (AOUAD, TTB), but here, the good guys simply died. Nothing more happened to them, you couldn't really feel bad. The idea was unique, but the execution was poor, it was not emotional.

I wouldn't watch it again, it did not leave a good impression on me. If you are afraid of horror genre but want to try something from it, this will be a good movie -- no close up shots of zombies, plus zombies are CGI, so they are not that scary

Well, it wasn't very great. But since this movie starts from where TTB ends (but 4 years later), it's called a sequel. Other than the universe it is set in, there's nothing connected to TTB. Sequels can be bad too, there are various examples. People tend to love season 1s but do not like season 2s because season 1s are fresh, while season 2 usually releases years after a certain show when the idea of the show gets really old.

The movie was not as good as TTB anyway.

So, in Train To Busan, they decided to save only a mother and a child. Here, a mother and her child were the first once to die.

It had… The zombies here started 4 years ago, at the time of TTB, plus the rescue point at that time was Busan, but due to increase in refugees and zombies destroying the Busan hq, they had to move their rescue camp to other countries. It was explained in first 10 minutes of the movie.

Lee Hwi Su is dumb, he falls into traps easily and can't control a group of crowd. Even if he got Grandpa's money, how will he get the brains?

After the birth of this baby, the world magically turns against the girl who ran with it. She ran with it because the mother said she will meet her at gate and will take the baby from her there.

Later, it is revealed that someone gave birth to a baby in art room. Everyone start blaming the girl who ran away with the baby. The mother has to save her reputation because she wants to become an actress, so she blaims the girl (Bang Da Mi)

Bang's mom is using her to extract money from her grandfather who values his bloodline a lot. The grandfather asks his lover to do a checkup and see if she gave birth. The lover, who wanted all his money for herself, gave a false report saying she gave birth to avoid Bang's mom getting money anymore. The grandfather gets furious and sidelines Bang and her mom. Now useless, Bang's mom also abandons her.

The baby's mother has contact with an ent company's CEO. The CEO starts a YouTube channel to defame Bang even more, claiming Bang's adoptive father is the baby's father. Society turns against Bang and her adoptive father.

Some officer in the Police Station frames the adoptive father. Bang decides to do a reveal on YouTube, but somehow, Bang is murdered by her adoptive father who is drugged.

All in all, it all started because of the baby's birth. Bang's classmate, the ent CEO, the Police officer, Bang's mother, Grandpa's lover are all against poor Bang.

In latest episode, Bang is dead, Bang's adoptive mother is dead (murdered by ent's CEO, but framed as a suicide), Bang's grandpa is dead, Bang's adoptive father is locked up in prison.

This drama reminds of the endless restaurant/supermarket games. I feel like I am the one playing and serving customers while watching it.
