I feel so bad for Noh do young. I'm not going to excuse his actions but he was clearly abused to the point of insanity. That man made a devil out of his child and the one person who was supposed to protect him, his mom, turned a blind eye to it. It's honestly really heartbreaking.

2 eps in and I'm loving it. The leads chemistry is on fire. The ml exudes such sexy bad boy vibes lol. I'm gone. The fl is so good too. I feel so bad for her. The only thing I'm dreading is the second leads. I hope they don't take too much screentime.

I just randomly saw a clip of yt of PSJ's jaw dropping as he looked at HSH lol and I felt a bit intrigued. The concept looks cool and I am a sucker of historical colonial dramas. I know romance isn't the main focus and I've seen a lot of criticism towards it here but I genuinely wanted to ask if it complemented the vibe of the drama? Like a compassionate scene here and there in between all the crazy? That's enough for me. I don't want it to be the main focus but it should be just the right amount.

I thank the gods that they didn't go with the overused misunderstanding trope. In DDH we trust! Again, the second leads have surpassed annoyance for me. They're something else.
