Yes, some people are saying that they dated when legal age was 13 so he won't get in legal trouble because he was legal and some are saying he dated her while she become 18 .
Now the problem with both the statement is that . In first She was minor it doesn't matter if korea legal age was 13 . A grown man should have known better that 13 or 15 is a children age even if it's legal in your country it's still a children with a adult men . Nothing is simple in this drama . Imagine yourself in place of FL and you come to know that one guy is constantly stalking you and taking picture of you without permission and follow you to your House now say that this is romance ?? She didn't even liked him . Not to mention he literally Gaslight her to say I love you because he wrote everything and then wrote the solution that you have to confessed and then waited for her to come to Hellstart and even there approached her which mean he was even stalking her there then said I love you before even spending time with her . He still have that 10 min gap but he flat out said I love you now what will you do if you are in her place, obviously you will say I love you back and save someone else life or rather than stay silent and let him die . Ofcourse any sane person would say I love you even if they don't have that feeling .so he literally manipulated her and Gaslight her with all the static and bs to say I love you. It's like an obsessed , creepy stalker trying to love someone and because he was ML it's get applaud but when you replace him with someone else or you replace Desperate FL with yourself you will actually see how much creepy it was from the start. To be honest last two episode made it more confusing and added too many plot hole in the drama . Rushed ending. Force second lead romance . ML's stalking to manipulation for confession . It was just messy to the end .

There are many plot hole . Like how did two people get the curse ?? the developement between Detective and FL friend didn't make any sense . I would have agee on the detective and the girl who came to take a sign but FL's friend was totally unexpected. How can someone fall for a guy that easily ?? What will happned when they broke up ? He didn't think about this variable untill now ?? What will happned to people around them ?

I didn't say he is allowed but he lost his memory so he didn't knew and she is the one cheating hlon her husband . He is not married . It still not a justification but she is the one goes to him again and cry to accept her . She married her husband for share then why did she ruin her husband life ?? He husband tried to love her but she was too busy cheating on him . You also know why you are defending her . I dont have problem when she married her husband for money but don't cheat on someone . She had a choice she choose money so she is cheating now to get everything. You can't have everything in life .
