Both Japan and Korea have some weird law against assault and rape . Even Japan had consent age of 13 till some year back . I have also heard that both these country don't consider rape if you drink together or they will not considered it as assault or force if your boss force you to drink with him or touch you while you were on company dinner because you already consented to him by going there .
