It might be just me but i feel like Tyme first started talkig to Great because he recognized his name because of his mission. He knew who hes messing with and trying to get information from so when checking in on the paient he recognized the last name. I know he saw Great before the flowers but he could have just thought Great was an attractive man but when he saw the last name. he saw an opportunity to get close to someone in the family and took it.

can i just say i absolutely love that Tyme took his time 😆 and made sure to make a great 👍 first/ second introduction to Great. ( yes i know very lame joke) aside from that so far im loving this series
