he didn't support it initially ..he didn't downright object it but he wasn't happy with idea coz he desperately tried to get Qian to get together with that investor lady...even after he knew Yuan liked him ..he was the one who suggested the idea to Qian of making Yuan go abroad.if you notice in a very subtle way he even apologized to Yuan for it ....I did warm up to him a lot later but that was only when he changed his stance that too after realizing Qian was not doing well at all without Yuan!!

so let me get this straight..this person acts all morally upright when it comes to the two male leads saying even if not related by blood ur still brothers etc...and then he goes and dates a girl who has had an almost brother like relation with him since childhood hiding it from his best friend who's also the girl's brother ..so it's fine if HE does it just coz the other person is a girl but not okay for two guys to do it coz there morality comes into picture..what a hypocrite !!
