Just for your information his portrayal of Hansu is garnering so much positive response that he's already in the conversation of being a likely EMMY nominee candidate,
though his standalone ep is yet to be released , yeah the one who's wooden and bland according to your opinion

His acting is getting worse but he can easily pass the an audition where the casting director was the one who cast actors for knives out, looper, silver linings playbook etc for a series that has an estimated budget of 130 million USD. Interesting. If he is getting worse and can still pass auditions for complex roles in highly anticipated series then I can only imagine how powerful it would be if he was getting good.

Gangnam Blues, City Hunter, Faith wasn't romcom, even the King Eternal Monarch wasn't romcom.

Koh Hansu, one of the key characters, an enigmatic outsider and merchant with ties to organized crime who embarks on an illicit romance with far-reaching consequences.

He has been doing one project a year since 2009. So it is only normal that currently the only thing he's working for is Pachinko. Thinking someone who's busy filming in a monster web series adapted from a best selling book does have only one offer isn't it.
