I wrote the same comment as you like for a xianxia drama the characters rarely use their power, and when they did use it it's really brief or not strong enough like how Mingyi's teacher/biological father got his hand burned and potentially damaged for life just to retrieve a piece of paper, like can't you use your power? for someone that used to be a great warrior and even know medicine, that part was really dumb.

i still think that lu wanfei x tao zhi is a better ship. his letter about summer and her request to celebrate her birthday together has so much chemistry than anyone else AT THAT POINT in the show. the elimination methode ruining all the fun.

and i think fu jie isn't that serious in this show, lu wanfei deserves better fr.

finally someone who saw lee hyori and chen duling (minus her eyes) in tae eun

1. Moving - Best kdrama i saw this year, i rarely give 10 ratings but this drama is a complete package of action, superpower, slice of life, romance, little bit of comedy
2. My Dearest: I undersand why this drama got high rating in SK, it's a rollercoaster of journey, the plot, acting, music score and ost is amazing. I love the character development of all the characters especially the main leads, i love the bittersweet ending too

China:
1. Meet Yourself: this is probably my favorite cdrama so far, everything is perfect with the right proportion of everything, romance, slice of life, comedy, friendship, family, career and just life in general wrapped in beautiful story, beautiful mature relationship, beautiful cinematography, and the best main leads character ever, i love Xu Hong Dou and Xie Zhi Yao a lot
2. An Ancient Love Song: This underrated mini drama got a high rating on douban and it deserve, the plot even tho not new but it's just genius, i love it. And Zhang Yaqin is so beautiful it makes her one of my favorite actress
3. Fake It Till You Make It: Another underrated drama for international fans but got a high rating in douban. The chemistry between the leads is just impeccable, i love the semi-realistic portrayal of the high achiever main leads in their own fields and career path. A mature story with mature relationship.
6. How was your drama journey in 2023? It has been a great with a lot of great dramas, even i haven't finished all my watch list 2023 dramas
7. What is your wish or plan in dramaland in 2024? for Cdrama especially, i hope the unreleashed cdrama can be released soon and please look for a great pairings because i'm not a big fan of big real age gap pairings especially if the story isn't needed for that

Ikr!! I'm so mad they cut it for ratings but it's still one of my favorite nonetheless. Moon ha won and Han seo woo are so adorable!

Go watch APOYM!!! The conflict isn't as heavy as OSN or SITR i guess (at least in the romance part) but the main couple relationship is so comforting.

I know OSN is not noona romance but han ji min is still older than jung hae in, and it doesn't help that JHI is baby faced lmao.

My comfort drama is WFKBJ and A Piece of Your Mind, another Jung hae in's drama because i don't like noona romance lmao. The theme is more melancholic but i like the main leads relationship it's just so warm.

What?? I don't know where did u hear it from, but the plot itself is really different, even the genre is so different. GMP is wuxia romance, tragedy drama meanwhile HDL is romance, fantasy, horror. There's nothing the same about them.

Lmao yes, now that i think about it. It feels like post 2010s makjang drama but with more advanced technology.

Son ye jin is undoubtly my favorite actress without even realized I already saw many of her movies. I think, I first saw her in movie A Moment to Remember but what makes me love her is definitely The Classic and then The Last Princess. I don't usually searching about actor and actress so this post has helped me a lot to know more about SYJ ❤️
