So as far as I know, here's what happened:
Season 1 came out (Taste of Cat, 4 episodes) and was released on YouTube, and then a little over a year later, season 2 came out (Cat's Bar, 10 episodes), also on YouTube but on a different studio's channel. Both of these had official English subs as a YouTube CC option. S2 had a relatively much higher production value, or at least it seemed like it: there were episode trailers, a little promo campaign on Instagram, behind-the-scenes content, press interviews with the cast, and even 10 shorts alongside the episodes where one of the bartenders showed off drinks not from the show.

At some point in the next year, s2 and related videos were set to unlisted: they're hidden from search and could only be watched with a direct link. Some people had already made playlists combining both seasons, though, so you could still watch them through playlists. This is how I watched it in April 2021, but within a month of that, they were changed to private: they're still on the site but only the uploader can watch them. S1 remains public.

I don't know Korean so my searches were guided by Google Translate and not completely reliable, but so far I have not found a reason why. Since they were uploaded by different studios and s1 is untouched, my guess is it was a decision by the s2 producer. These days, their channel makes like weekly tech/product review videos, so it seems possible that Cat's Bar et al were hidden to streamline their brand image.

Anyone have any idea? I thought this was a lovely little series, and I wish I had some closure as to what happened to it 😔

another role from Fukushi where he came from Outer space ahahahaha and went into Space Again (Kamen Rider Fourze)
and then his character in Omukae Desu was obsessed with rocket science and astronomy, too. he can't escape it. Fourze made him A Space Man to this day 🚀🪐

Yeah, high hopes for 2022... did you watch any of them?
I've seen all of them except the two Thai shows, although they've both been on my PTW for whenever I have some time for long lakorn episodes. Tamiou's my favorite of the bunch. The layers of comedy plus the cast (esp Suda Masaki) is just *chef's kiss* :)

The first episode, even with no subs and not knowing Japanese, was still the most relatable thing I've seen in years 💜 I love and am so excited~

Takahashi Issei caught my eye first but oh my god??!? I can't remember the last time I saw an aroace character on screen, let alone TWO. Please please please let this be okay and stay aspec. One can turn out to be not aroace in the end but pleeease not both, I so so want a romance-less romcom in my life 💜🤍🖤

For the most part, yes. Not the happiest ending there ever was, but for what the show was, it was a satisfying…
Overall, I enjoyed it! I just finished it tonight and came to MDL to note it in my watchlist and check the reviews and such, and to me, I would give it its exact MDL score: 7.8. It's nothing new: it's a law drama with a body swap twist and a female-led cast. It's solid and delivers what it says it will but not much more.
If you're here because you watch law/mystery dramas, then there definitely are better shows out there. This is a pretty standard mystery that they probably could've condensed and made a little clearer.
However, if you're here like me because you watch body swap shows, it's more worth it. The body swap trope is usually used for comedy or moral lessons, so it's not often that it's played seriously in a show like this. It's not even the main focus the whole time, but by then, I was already invested in the characters and saw it through.
The latter half I wouldn't say was boring for me, but yeah, by then the story stopped surprising me. I stuck it out for the characters; the FL was a real bitch at the beginning and the latter half of the show is her learning to not be such a bitch, so that character development and her growing relationships with the other MCs are I think my main reasons I kept with it

How graphic/bloody is this drama? For reference, I thought that Voice and Moon Lovers Scarlet Heart Ryeo were…
I didn't think it was graphic or bloody, but I also haven't seen either of those for reference.... It IS about a murder so it's not going to be "no blood," but because it's from the law side, there isn't much shown. Occasionally there's a flashback or photo of the (nighttime) murder where there is some mild blood on the victim's face. Once, there is a scuffle with enough blood that half the character's clothes turn red, plus they cut their finger on glass and require stitches, but the actual scene is barely shown, just the aftermath. That episode starts with a flashforward to the aftermath so you know it's coming. Oh, and a blurred knife wound for a few seconds at one point, almost forgot about that. Like, I guess there were moments, but only on-screen for long enough to serve their purpose for the story. Less graphic than your typical detective/murder mystery drama. I don't know if needles count but there're some scenes that start with doctors drawing blood or patients getting insulin injections, and once a threat made with a syringe.
This comment is longer than I expected but I keep remembering individual scenes, but they aren't the majority. On a scale from 0 to 10 ('none' to 'Tarantino'), overall I'd say 2/10, mostly thanks to that one scuffle scene.
(I went and skimmed through some of Voice, and nuh-uh, this is not in the same league as that. One episode thumbnail of Voice was more graphic than like anything in this whole show.)

Happy ending? Please mark reply as spoiler. Thanks!
For the most part, yes. Not the happiest ending there ever was, but for what the show was, it was a satisfying and hopeful ending for most of the characters. I could guess how it'd turn out def by the halfway point.
