i don't know much about ur 1st question I hope someone else would answer that, I know about other two that she ran away from the place she was send too for training as she was parted from xuan she was trying to go back to her home but she got lost and in order to keep her identity secret as her photos were released all over the town thats why she keep trying to change her face over and over again by doing that's she forgets how she actually look and xuan was finding her form past soo many yrs but she changed her face so she was unrecognisable and for her not finding her cousin cuant I think because the last time she saw was when they were parted so she might only have his childhood image in her mind an now he is and adult so he may seemed unrecognisable to her too,but she will find out soon in the ep futher
