tbh in eyes of many people her mother is doing soo much wrong to her but tbh it's actually the reality as this drama is set up in 2007 ,they are poor her mother is flustered and we indeed can call her toxic but the truth is she have all right to be like that she lost her daughter she feels guilty, she is living in a patriarchy family she cannot stand up for any of her children, the reasons she is actually forcing on both of her child especially qing yu to keep their profile low. what I don't like is that her mother always think she gonna end up like her sister ,she is trying to protect her but in very very toxic way!!
