Is it really ending in 20 episodes? Iam having doubts after watching episode 19. They didn't go back to her looking for a happy ending for 2nd lead. And now this sudden pull n push is episode 19 is a bit much and preview isn't helping either. I thought i saw clips of 2nd lead a while ago but those scenes weren't shown yet in the drama.

Im personally glad they didnt do that coz i find it a bit unreal (almost irritating) in other dramas. The way everyone falls on the guys feet in a lot of Chinese dramas n Japanese (live action) films. As if nothing else matters but the guy's good looks. And my point about her treating him differently wasn't too obvious either. I think everything is subtle n low key in this drama which is unlike most chinese dramas.

I think he was always a loner and only interested in physics. He was pushed to interact with MoMo out of his comfort zone. And he found her interesting because she would actually tease him unlike other girls who were in love with his looks n brains in the campus, in awe of him. And he is a sensitive guy so his protective n caring instinct kicked in before he realised he liked her. Living with her made him seriously realise that he liked her company n that it wasn't platonic. So this drama didnt have a "this is it moment"...it was gradual. Also they have tried to show different he is from Fu Pei, he takes action and responds to his emotions.
