I agree this is also my favorite role for both leads, even after watching and enjoying so many of their other roles. I think the casting was just done great and are all very memorable to me.

since youre new to kdrama, if you enjoy this type of setup of going undercover for missions etc, i would recommend a PMY recent kdrama called Confience Queen, it was a good watch imo eventhough a bit cliche at times. Oh and also Taxi Driver is another great one you wont regret watching (it also has 3 seasons which is rare for kdramas)

12 years later i still love rewatching this show, i havent found any that hits the same way (could be the nostalgia) i would still highly recommend it the only thing i dont love is the last 2 episodes cuz there was a plot point that felt a bit rushed

By far one of the best takes on this series I've read.
I have personally been enjoying this show (im still ep2) but the message was clear to me from the get go, like yes obviously it will be exaggerated a bit but how would there be a better way if the system itself is unjust

im loving this so far, it hits all the marks of what i like in kdramas so im definitely hooked
i cant wait for new episodes to release like i need them noww
