For those who are still waiting for the subs to be released on YouTube, just download the Youku app and pay for the subscription (less than 5 USD for me). They released the subs up to the finale but without the special episode for now.
Why is there so much negativity here? Storyline’s decent and it’s funny. The actors are great too, in my opinion. I don’t find it cringey at all? Is it because I’m Chinese and I could relate to the production setting? I don’t know man...
Hi guys, I got the Youku VIP but I only can watch until ep 18. 19-21 is unavailable to me, why is that? And I know it’s available on dramacool now, but I want better quality instead.
Definitely one of the best and must-watch K-dramas released in 2019. I’m currently watching Crash Landing on You as well and I can’t help but feel all nostalgic because of both Ha Ji Won and Hyun Bin. Secret Garden was the Korean wave back in the day, I‘m so happy to chase both of their ongoing dramas at the same time.
Watching Chocolate in December makes everything extra heartwarming. From its plot, characters, casts, cinematographic, to OSTs, everything is top notch and breathtaking. Ha Ji Won’s acting really never fails, she’s indeed a natural. It hits me hard whenever she cries in every scene, she’s THAT good. Of course not forgetting about Yoon Kye Sang, his acting is also on another level... and he looks fine af as usual. I’m particularly thankful that I’ve decided to watch this piece of masterpiece, because trust me, without knowing the storyline and casts, “Chocolate” sounded tacky to me initially.
Having watched countless of K-dramas, the two episodes per week norm is still a torture to me. I’ve been rewatching back every week... I can’t wait for this week’s episodes already. To everyone who’s hesitating to watch this drama, please start now. Ignore all the negative comments on here, it’s 100% irrelevant.
Came from Go Go Squid! and found myself craving for this drama more than GGS. I got hooked right after the first 3 episodes and to be honest... I nearly gave up after the first episode, thank god I didn’t. I’m a K-drama kinda guy and the last C-drama I watched with such settings was Legend of Fuyao.
Everything from this drama is top notch. I urge everyone who wishes to watch or got lost in the first 2 episodes, PLEASE CONTINUE TO WATCH because everything falls into place after the first few episodes. This drama gave me goosebumps I never had. The plot, the actors, the characters and the relationships are unreal. CGI keeps getting better and better along the way too, whatever that means, lol.
