Going back here because I heard it's OST and cried, AGAIN! Geez I love/hate this drama, love it because it really played on your emotions and hate it because of what happened to the main couple. Why do you have to do that to Li Xia and Fu Xiao Si? I NEED A SEASON2 FOR CLOSURE! Also, why do cdramas tend to drag a series by highlighting the second couple? It's not like it's important for the story progress, this is really a mystery to me. It would be good for cdramas to keep the length in check like kdramas.

Going back because Zheng Shuang said she don't like playing roles like Bei Wei Wei. I agree tho, it's indeed an unrealistic character – so perfect and overpowered. Still, this is my go to drama or novel when I need some fluffs, it's fictional and an escape place from the stress of reality. I hope she gets the villain role she wanted in her future works, although I kind of doubt that since she's a high profile actress lol

Hi. Recently, there's a lot of fan updates about her on Twitter – you can see latest news on there, fans are quite active and gives updates (just search "zheng shuang"). Fortunately, she's in good health now and more positive! She don't care about trolls or haters or what other people say unlike before – she said this on her one guesting of a variety show. She's confident now and she's appearing on lots of variety shows this year because she wants to improve her social skills.

PS. Her activities are more of a "surprise", there's not much news on specific since she's on her own – no team or agency.

As for the kiss that some people 'always' tend to point out – I suggest you read the novel of Love O2O to know why she kissed that way. Kiss scenes does not require FL to always kiss back ML, the way BWW character was written/shown shouldn't be neglected just because viewers want to see that level of intimacy with the leads.

Make Life Beautiful EP8: Zheng Shuang goes to a law firm and opened up that she didn't get remuneration for this film until now. She also said that they sold this even though they're not yet finish filming her scenes. This is an awful backstory. This must be why she had less screen time and don't seem like the female lead at all.

Yes, this is supposedly a verified drama but the casts is making me doubtful. It's common to use popular actors/actresses for hype. I just hope that MDL waits for official announcements of casting before posting. This is going to be a powerful drama with that cast, there's these two popular CP included as well.
