I get what you mean, but honestly I think it’s a bit early to judge from just the pilot. Usually those trailers are meant to introduce the story, the tone and the main cast, not really to show the full plot yet. It might be better to wait for the official trailer or at least a couple of episodes before deciding. Of course, if the overall theme isn’t your thing, that’s totally fair too.
