Also there is this one, another favorite https://kisskh.at/764425-shuang-tu

GL is less popular than BL globally in my experience. However there are a handful still, if you are looking I recommend Couple of Mirrors drama!

There are also chinese BL webseries

These are webseries, which get no real promotion and are not subject to the same censorship laws as TV broadcasts or even broader streaming sites licensing like mangotv/youku.

That part made me weep

yeah T.T and agreed, i prefer the novel events if i had to pick between the two for the outlines

Okay cool, thank you! I'm impressed that they added MORE genderbending to the adaptation, that addition and the xiang liu offering incense to Xiao Yao's parents were both drama additions that were so so thoughtful imo

did I miss the part in the novel where Xiang Liu had a woman form for that boat scene? or was that something entirely made up for the drama? I loved it but just don't remember it from the novel and can't find it when I was skimming back through

Question (I've read the novel and seen the drama)-

ahhh dang, that does sound frustrating. i use firefox with adblocker ultimate and dont experience this, if that helps.

you just have to use adblocker on those sites

This is SO cute so far (up to ep 12), I can't wait to see the rest of the episodes

its on viki

summarized my thoughts exactly, such a bummer when it seemed SO exciting
