No. They are very much obliged to follow Chinese rules. Word of honor and love 020 are not Netflix originals. They were acquired. There are hardly any Chinese shows that are genuinely originals.

A comedian made fun of the military earlier in the week. His/her agency is being blamed. All their artists are blacklisted.
Two from seven lost lives have already been removed from billing on the official account.
Most shows that are currently airing are paused. I know back from the brink announced they will go on but heart production for example is pausing.
This is going to halt everything. Makes a subscription to iQIYI and WeTV useless.

Some artist made a joke about the military. His/her company has been blacklisted including all its artists.
All appearances form artists from the agency must be removed from variety shows.

Don’t know who the artist is or the agency. And for summer all shows must be patriotic. The upcoming months are going to be dull unless the international platforms release them anyways but I don’t see how this is possible.

I don’t know which agency is concerned but I hope it’s not hanyu not because I like it but because most of the actors I like hail from it and that would mean they’re all black listed.

I don’t know. The rumor was there were people criticizing the relationship between yang mi and Xu kai in the show. The way he would embrace her (because she was a mother) and also too many kisses. Which was so stupid. We don’t really know the real reason. I wonder what was the reason for pulling blooming days earlier this week as well.

She and her perfect husband was also postponed for a month for technical reasons by Tencent. They announced either on the day of its supposed release or a day or two before. I don’t remember. But it was not cancelled.
It was just pushed for a month. And that was after all the hype : new trailer new poster schedule etc.

They increased the duration of the episodes from 42/45 to 52/57 minutes though. They didn’t lose that much due to their decision.
