im so ready for him in the new employee !! hes such a good actor. idk if anyone here saw but he got a lot of hate from knetz when he first got casted in that role and i felt so terrible for him i decided to support every project he ever does, now i see what a good actor he is i know he'll make the all regret what they said

oh and an additional thing i appreciate about this drama is the lack of white washing (in the way they dont give them heavy white makeup/a whole different shade of foundation to their actual skin tone) ! its very refreshing

[before i say this i would like to disclaim i find this drama very cute and this isnt a big enough problem for me to stop watching] my biggest peeve is the lack of chemistry between the leads. like. they are both very good actors and play their roles perfectly. and i've seen joy in tempted and youngwoo in you make me dance/scl 21 so i know they arent just the type of actors who dont have chemistry with anyone as the chemistry they had with their partners in all 3 of those dramas was very good. but with them no matter how well they act a scene i never get the buzz i usually would , especially in the cute cliche ones (when he cleans her wound, the scene at the peach farm etc) that would have me running off the walls. its not that big of deal as they make up with it through the plot/acting but i definitely like her with the second lead more and atp im shipping him with the nurse.

i agree that joy's roles lack variety and her characters are all samey. she is a good actress though

if you're looking for smth deep/with a lot of plot this isnt for u. this is v much such a cute watch about 2 kinda stupid highschoolers in love. veryyyyyy cute tho

im on ep 4 and bruh the second lead is so cute !! i feel like he has better chemistry w the fl too ngl but theyre all cute and pretty and the actors are doing a great job

was this badly paced with not amazing writing and a hard to follow time frame ? yes. did this have a pretty cast with good chemistry and a banging ost ? yes. did i love it for both the good and bad ? absolutely. sometimes all you need is a half way abd half way good taiwanese drama to watch and smile over

NOOO PLEASXEPPEPLSLSLPELSASE. japan dramas/bls are always SO. good. like i dont think ive ever watched one ive particulary disliked or hated. i think this is where our differences come into play of what we think is a 'childish' and 'mature' drama' . i love my aoki he is so dear to me but i get wym abt his character. however i thinkk his character was very 'adapted from a manga' (idk how to express it better than that) and the whole show should probably be something you watch with no actual thoughts/expectations. im still waiting on that s2/movie sequel for thats kiss i want it So Bad but yh defo agree to disagree

yes :( there are some things that i understand why they're gatekeepy about it but other things i dont get at all. things like this could attract such large audiences, and using u an an example many would be happy to pay for subscriptions and things
