it's supposed to be the crown prince's son, but he is very young so they are considering his brothers. however, it gets tricky bc the current king is son of former concubine and was throned via taekhyeon so they are considering the same method this time around. taekhyeon would supposedly choose the most eligible candidate but it's a very political method and ends up as a power struggle.
