Idk if you still care but at the end nobody ends up with anybody. Aaron and Mabel did date but that didnt last (for reasons i dont want to spoil here).
Lol Whaaa is your heart made of stone!? Jk but why? I know the story was a little choppy and the ending wasnt…
Should have been fleshed out alot more also not everything was properly tied together. There were just things that happened that didnt exactly serve much of purpose? Or scenes that were dragged out. Im all about tragedies and i cry very easily but this did not hit the emotional spot for me.
Ill miss this series! Watching it while it was airing made me grow so attached to Tops and Win and their relationship. Not every episode was perfect, it really had a few lowpoints but also very wonderful and also touching episodes. Its a really nice show!
Acab! It had really suspenseful and chilling moments that had me glued to the screen. But it also showed lots of police brutality that was simply hard to watch and very frusterating. And thats how i feel about the movie and its main characters in general. You could say its a good representation of what happened in real life but.. it didnt make for an enjoyable watching experience. That might not be important to some people but i dont want to go out of a movie feeling upset and unsatisfied.
It is a nice film and i was bound to enjoy this since im a sucker for family dramas. But its not all sunshine and rainbows since there are a few things that drag the movie down. For one the mother character, really didnt like her, got annoying at some point. Maybe its the actress or the way shes written.. i dont know. The movie also never hits the emotional mark for me, no scene made me feel anything, which i also blame on the run time. These family dramas need to be fleshed out to truly spark any kind of emotion and with a rather short run time like this where quite a big bit is spent on not so relevant scenes it never gets to anything. It also leads to a rather overly dramatic scenes and an unclimatic conclusion with no lesson. Like whats the point. But despite all of that i still think it was a good film, it just needed more fleshing out.
