Hey Grey, thank you for actively participating in my games! I hope you watched (and liked) your previous picks! Mabye The Princess Wei Young will be your new favourite ;)
Overall a very compelling storyline - but there were some aspects that felt too rushed!
THE PASSING OF JIRAT & CHITA was sad but also beautiful in a way. Both characters were too broken, the damage they had done to irreversible that I couldn't think of a better ending. In a sense, Chita's life went full circle --> the fire that made him special and was his tool for revenge was the very thing that consumed him in the end.
PANIN & RAIN BEING NOW A COUPLE was out of place. wdym your brother just died and here you are all lovey-dovey with your boyfriend? Sure, some time must have passed given how fast Jame's wounds have healed, but I was still here crying my heart out over Jirat & Chita's passing.
THE RAINBOW METAPHORS felt at first nonsensical to me. This changed once James related it to his supernatural ability. The rainbow slowly fading in the background while Jame's vision changes from the supernatural to the normal one - likely indicating the start of a more normal life - was the perfect closure for me. I don't think I was able to grasp all underlying meanings of the rainbow because I didn't pay attention to it in the first place, so if someone could help me out in the comments that would be greatly appreciated ♡♡
JAMES & KEN ENDING IS OK but in retrospective very selfish of James. Yes, Ken admitted that James made him wanting to live again but James literally damned him to immortality. So what happens once James dies? Chita is gone, leaving him suffering in eternal agony.
As the others pointed out in the comments, there also still too many questions left unanswered. What happenend between Chita and Jame's dad? How did James get his powers? I would have wished for more closure on that.
I'm not sure what to rate this tbh. The first eps got me really hyped, safe 10/10, later on only the intimate scenes were any good. It's a 6.5/10 for me but this is really generous.
The dating saga begins now! Or how I would like to call it: "Let's date for 21 days - oh, never mind - 10 days to show how toxic we are to each other. Screw that, let's just do 7 days because we are horny mfs".
1. Soaking in an ice bath. Being intimate face-to-face, ready to eat each other. Moth asserting dominance as the true red flag, tricking Dean into loosing the bet. Dean's ego takes a hit. Off to a chilly start. And I am not talking about the water.
2. Relationship bonding with Dean's exes! What a better way to recover from the last date by meeting up with strangers who Dean didn't announce beforehand. How considerate of Dean! Moth was seemingly beyond thrilled as fast as he fled the scene.
3. Taking ballroom lessons. Actually cute idea if not for the lack of consideration Moth displays towards Dean. A fboy's impatience shines through.
4. Clubbing part eternal with Dean's exes. Seems like Dean didn't get the message yet that his exes should not be brought along on a date. Well, as long as one person is having his fun.
5. Painting class. Once again, nice try. But Moth, how about not only thinking about yourself? That would be too much to ask on a date, I guess.
6. Live vlogging, If the previous dates with Moth and strangers didn't end well, then surely in front of a live audience! I would have loved to hear Dean's thought process here. This date is beyond saving. Next.
7. Vising an art gallery. If the previous dates haven't unveiled their selfish a$$es yet, the grand finale surely doesn't disappoint. Moth inspecting art like there is no tomorrow while Dean is having the boredom of his life - for 3 hours!! - is very telling. Despite Dean's attempts to make the best out of the sitation, Moth ignores his advances completely. I would feel sorry for Dean if not for the fact that he has solely decided that they will have lunch with his friends WHILE ON THEIR DATE! Jokes on Dean that Moth didn't went along with that bs.
It's mind-boggling to me how they still ended up together after these catastrophic chain of events. But I guess if you are at your worst, it can only get better? I wouldn't be surprised at this point if Only Friends is in the same universe and Boston makes a cameo hahahaha
I got One High School Heroes, but i didnt pick any school choices 😅
The answer choices reflect different aspects of each series. They are based on content (such as supernatural elements and quotes), MDL tags, directing style, and user reviews. Overall, I wanted to avoid any bias that would influence your decision-making. So making the options less obvious is the choice I went with. Hope that helps ^^
Kill me heal me is a bit difficult to categorize. Indeed, Ji Sung plays the main lead as Cha Do Hyeon along with his other personalities but Sin Se Gi as a stand-alone character has many characteristics of a 2nd lead. More than often he is trying compete with the host personality - that is Cha Do Hyeon - to win over O Ri Jin. Plus he is extremely jealous of Cha Do Hyeon . For this reason, I also included him in the list. Hope that helps :)
i'm starting to suspect that the person behind everything is ongsa who is a secret pure Omega. remember, they…
When Phatsa called Ongsa, he had this really strange look in the eyes for a brief moment. So you might be on the right track here. Plus he seems to know quite a lot about the Devathitirat family which is justified if he wants to drag down the whole family
Ok, so the newest episode kind off flipped my enjoyment into disappointment.
I have heard of this phenomenon where productions intentionally repeat information in the dialogue so that distracted viewers (aka phone zombies) are still able to grasp the story. But witnessing this as a non-distracted viewer is truly something else! It dumbs down the whole story, makes the acting look sloppy and ruins the immersion for me :(
Don’t get me wrong - I still love their chemistry for which I am readily willing to lose some braincells. But things need to be said where rent is due...
