the bar lady was not completely out of sight or not suspicious, because they kept a scene when she met Kim yun ji on the staircase. Definitely not the photographer or FL in my opinion. Baek jun beom is shown suspicious from the beginning, that's when the doubt arises why they have to make it obvious, so is he not the killer!
